Set over two levels all 3 bedrooms are well proportioned and the living space is generous. Kitchen and bathrooms are ultra - modern and the furniture, beds, bedding and linen are of the highest quality.
There is reverse cycle air conditioning plus heaters, with a private outdoor area and smart TV
The villa comes with off street parking. This is a great base for exploring Hobart and Southern Tasmania or simply relax and enjoy this lovely villa. Also included is:

There are many great dining options and coffee shops within just a few minutes walk from the house. Salamanca is a 15 minute stroll and the wharf precinct just a little further.
Go for a stroll along the Derwent River or explore Battery Point, all within walk

Getting Around:
It's best to have a car to explore all of the city and the beautiful surrounding areas including the Coal River Valley wine region, Huon and Derwent Valley and historic Port Arthur.

All our linen is provided by our linen service, and includes towels for guests. It is of high quality and professionally laundered, so is comfortable to sleep on and fresh!

Fantastic property, within easy walking distance of Sandy Bay village. Also easy to get to public transport to take you anywhere you want to go in Hobart. Would recommend ceiling fans as the upstairs rooms get very hot and pedestal fans aren't as effective. Overall, fantastic place to stay!

Great location, plenty of space
Loved the layout and spaciousness of this property, wonderful bath and kitchen. Sadly no heaters/electric blankets in any of the bedrooms so these two Queenslanders felt the cold of Hobart's warmest winter. Quick communication and great location.
