Focused around an oversized light filled living space with plush lounges, coffee table and flat screen TV as well as a defined dining area with a four-seat table, it features a sunny balcony with an outlook to the mountains, sleek stone island kitchen with ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave and s/steel dishwasher, two spacious bedrooms with built-ins, main with ensuite, ultra-chic bathroom styled with gleaming white tiling and earthy natural timbers. Additional features include an internal laundry, timber flooring and air conditioning.
Please also note that the second bedroom is setup as a king bed however can be made up as 2 king single beds on request at time of reservation

Guest Access:
Guests have full use of the apartment in privacy for the duration of their stay

The Neighborhood:
If you’re visiting Hobart for a holiday, this is the place to be. For starters ‘The Rox’ is a landmark building in itself and forms part of the trendiest and most central neighbourhoods in Hobart with its renowned hipster cafes, sophisticated wine bars, chic brasseries and fine dining only footsteps away. Stroll a few minutes to the Art Gallery or the parklands at Queens Domain. Constitution Dock and Hobart Wharf (where you catch the ferry to MONA) as well as the popular Salamanca Markets and its riverside fine-dining precinct are all just over a five minute stroll from the doorstep.

If you love your Tassie produce, the farmers market on Sundays is a must do, and is located on Bathurst Street just a minute from The Rox.

Getting Around:
The apartment is in the heart of the city so you can walk to many attractions, however we also recommend exploring beautiful Southern Tasmania by car.

If you require a king and 2 singles please let us know when you make your reservation.
It is a condition of booking that furniture not be moved from it's original position during your stay
