The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check-out is prior to 10:00am. Late check-outs may be possible but must be arranged in advance of departure. A fee of $50 per hour may apply, depending on the duration.
Upon check-out, ensure the apartment is left in a clean and tidy state like when you checked in. Please wash up dirty dishes and empty all rubbish bins and place waste in the Council bins.
There is no need to strip bed linen, but used towels should be placed in the shower cubicles. All keys/fobs must be left on the dining room table. There is a $100 replacement fee for lost keys.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
