Make yourself at home in this bright, modern three-bedroom house in Addington—ideal for families, groups, work stays and event weekends. Enjoy generous open-plan living, a full kitchen, two full bathrooms plus a downstairs toilet, multiple heat pumps, a private courtyard, full laundry, easy keypad entry and rare off-street parking: one car in the internal garage plus one small car directly outside. Wolfbrook Arena, Addington Raceway, Christchurch Station, Hagley Park and the city are close by.

Set back from the street within a small residential development, this bright, freestanding two-storey home gives families, groups and business travellers plenty of room to relax together.

The ground floor is centred around a generous open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. The full kitchen includes an oven, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and other everyday essentials.

The dining table seats six, with a small children’s activity table alongside. The lounge offers two comfortable sofas, a large wall-mounted TV, a heat pump for year-round comfort and sliding-door access to the enclosed courtyard with outdoor seating.

A separate guest toilet is located downstairs. The internal-access garage provides secure parking for one vehicle and also contains the guest laundry, with a washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs, the sleeping arrangements are:

• Bedroom 1 – one king bed, private ensuite, built-in wardrobes and heat pump
• Bedroom 2 – one queen bed and built-in storage
• Bedroom 3 – two king-single beds, built-in storage and a second TV
• Family bathroom – bath and separate shower

The lounge also includes a sofa bed for the seventh registered guest. It is prepared only when seven guests are included in the reservation.

Fresh linen and towels are provided, and multiple heat pumps help keep the home comfortable throughout Christchurch’s summers and winters.

Guests have private use of the entire home, the enclosed courtyard, the internal-access garage and the guest laundry.

Self check-in is available via keypad from 3:00 pm.

The driveway is shared with neighbouring homes and must remain clear at all times. Any clearly locked owner or cleaning cupboards are not included in guest access.

The private outdoor spa is available to registered guests only.

Self check-in allows guests to arrive independently and enjoy their privacy.

We are not based inside the property, but our local team is available through Airbnb messages if assistance is required before or during your stay.

Addington is a convenient city-fringe base for concerts, sporting events, race meetings, scenic train departures, business stays and hospital visits.

Wolfbrook Arena and Addington Raceway are both located within the wider Addington precinct, while Christchurch Railway Station is also nearby. The location is particularly convenient during major event weekends.

Hagley Park, Christchurch Hospital, Riccarton and the central city are all within easy reach, together with local cafés, takeaways and everyday shopping.

Free off-street parking makes the home convenient for guests travelling by car. One vehicle can be parked securely inside the garage, with space for one additional compact car directly outside.

Rideshare and local public transport options are also available around Addington.

During major concerts, sporting events or race days, roads around the event precinct may become busy, so we recommend allowing additional travel time.

STAIRS:
All three bedrooms and both full bathrooms are located upstairs. A separate toilet is available on the ground floor, so guests should be comfortable using stairs.

SPA:
The private outdoor spa is available to registered guests only.

Please shower before use, replace the cover immediately after use and use plastic drinkware only. Glass is not permitted around the spa.

Please keep noise to a minimum, particularly after 10:00 pm, and supervise children at all times. Do not adjust the equipment, drain the spa or add any products to the water.

PARKING:
Parking is available for one standard vehicle inside the internal-access garage and one compact vehicle directly outside the garage. The second position may not be suitable for a large SUV, van or ute.

Please park only in the approved spaces and do not obstruct the shared driveway or access to neighbouring homes.

SOFABED:
The seventh sleeping space is the lounge sofa bed and is best suited to one person. It will only be prepared when seven guests are included in the reservation.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES:
Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. Parties, events and disruptive noise are not allowed.
• Check-in is from 3:00 pm.
• Check-out is by 10:00 am.
• Only registered guests may enter or stay overnight.
• No parties, events or unauthorised gatherings.
• No smoking or vaping inside the home or garage.
• Please keep noise to a minimum, particularly between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am.
• The private outdoor spa is available to registered guests only.
• Park only inside the garage or in the approved small-car space directly outside.
• Do not block the driveway or access to neighbouring homes.
• Please report any damage or maintenance issue as soon as it is discovered.
• No pets are permitted unless approved by the host in writing before booking.
