Perfect

We had the best time at Scott's place last weekend! The house is so big and beautiful and has so much character. The grounds are never ending! We got ready for my wedding here, and I did a first look with my dad in the backyard out by the flowers; my husband did a first look with his mom out there too. Scott was very responsive with any questions I had for him. We truly enjoyed our visit and would love to come back...maybe for our one year anniversary :)

About the host

Hosted by Scott Quehl

Host profile image
Served in two presidential administrations, paint, farm, am a father. Other than my son, public service, and being a good partner, bringing the farm back to life — with authenticity and modern features — is the most meaningful thing I’ve done.

Why they chose this property

It’s history, natural beauty, the good people, dining, arts, and relaxed sense of self-creation and outdoors the Catskills bring.

What makes this property unique

230 year old farms with modern conveniences and commitment to detail and history are rare. Its owners — ranging from the Montgomerys in the 1700s through John Lennon and Yoko Ono — have contributed to its evolution though history.
