Our family offers a beautifully appointed 2+ bedroom, 2-bath private villa featuring a private pool and screened lanai, located within a quiet, gated golf community in Naples.

• Resort-style community pool
The villa is ideally situated just 10 minutes from 5th Avenue South (downtown Naples) and 12 minutes from pristine white-sand beaches.
We are seeking one family only to become our exclusive additional resident. Our goal is to offer the villa on pre-selected, exclusive dates of your choice each year, at a negotiated, under-market annual rate.
Quality, compatibility, and respect for the home and community are our highest priorities.
