This great property features a beautiful rustic home built in 2016 with stunning scenic hill country views and roughly 2 acres to yourself to enjoy nature. Its has a convenient location yet feels fairly secluded. Large picture windows. Spectacular 180+ degree views! Lots of room to park your boat. Large yard complete with swing set, fire pit, and disc golf basket. Play a game of foosball in the upstairs loft area or ladder ball in the yard. Throw some discs in the disc golf basket, play cornhole or simply hang out on the deck and relax in the lounge chair swing. Bring your bikes and bike across the Canyon Lake Dam ( entrance 0.25mi ) for a swim at Overlook Park (~1.1 mi) Watch for wildlife especially in the morning and evening. We often see deer, fox, and birds.
During your stay, you will have access to the main house, a dedicated parking area, the swing set area (tiny house guests may ask you for swing set use but please don't feel obligated to say yes), a hot tub and Fire pit just for main house guests, and the shared disc golf basket. This is about 2 acres of land for your private use. The tiny house, about 250 ft away and is rented separately, has ~1 acre designated for their private use. The only areas shared with tiny house guests are the entrance gate, disc golf basket, & remaining property acreage. The remaining acreage of the property is nature. You are welcome to use the outdoor fire pit when the burn ban is off. Electric Wood Stove is equipped with battery operated remote controlled candles. Unfortunately it's nonfunctional, so NO REAL FIRE can be made in it.
The health and safety of our guests is paramount. Cleanliness and disinfection are a top priority. This includes airing out the home and cleaning the hot tub between every stay. If you have any questions or concerns, we will be here to help.
Hot tub cleaned every Tuesday and Friday. A different day is substituted if it falls on a holiday. Yard service is completed as needed and sometimes may be done during a stay.
We work hard to keep the listing as accurate as possible. Sometimes things break, wear out, or a guest may damage something and an item must be replaced. We try to buy the same product but if it is not available the item will be replaced with a similar item.
We do have a couple of cameras on the property that face the driveway and yard. We take the privacy of our guests very seriously. No cameras are located/view inside the home or the back decks
