This is a fantastic place to relax with the entire family! The home is shabby-chic, kid-friendly and spacious. The dock and water toys kept everyone happy all day long and the huge deck was perfect t for ending the days under a canopy of stars.
The house was very roomy. There were enough beds for all us. We only have one couple in our group of 15 so it was really nice that nobody had to sleep on the couch. The owner was very nice. He brought us a large bowl of freshly picked cherries that we all loved.
The lake was great. The kids spent most of the time on the dock jumping off the diving board.
The house was well stocked from the kitchen to having plenty of bath and beach towels.
This was a great property to spend our family vacation on.
This rental on Palmer Lake was the perfect spot to get away from everything, enjoy the people you are with and have tons of fun on the lake!! It accommodated so many more people than what we had, the space was wonderful! Loved being able to wake up to the view, take our boat, launch and dock it from the property. They provided several activities such as corn hole, horseshoes, paddle boards, ping pong, tennis too! Fishing was fantastic caught bass, perch, crappie, kokanee, and all big!! Lots of wildlife too! We really can't say enough good things. We will be back!!
The house and location were as advertised. We spent a relaxing week at the property over 4th of July. The wildlife was abundant and fun to watch. We enjoyed the well kept tennis court and basketball court. The dock was a great place to chill. We kayaked everyday and even paddle boarded for the first time. The views were amazing.
The house itself has comfortable beds, the bathrooms are the right size, and the amenities are what you would expect.
We had an issue at check-in but it was quickly resolved by the host. Good communication. We would come back.

Thank you Jeff! We are so glad you enjoyed your stay!
I'm hesitant to share a review because I want to keep this gem of a place to myself. Ten of us stayed at the house this past weekend and it was amazing! There is a beautiful view, very little boat traffic and the hosts provide so much of the entertainment. It was a huge bonus not to haul up kayaks, paddle boards, tennis rackets, etc., they had it all at the house already. The kids played for hours on the paddle boards, diving board, and using the dock. It was a great lake for water skiing. We had some luck fishing off the dock and using the kayak to fish too. The house was spacious, well stocked, and set up for multiple families to enjoy. We enjoyed our visit and look forward to returning in the future.
This home was absolutely perfect for our family gathering. Lots of room to spread out, every kitchen gadget and spice needed. All bathrooms were fully stocked, fun things for the kids to do, gorgeous deck, and the dock was handy for our boat. Thank you for everything!!
Are stayed here was absolutely wonderful my grandkids had a place to play the adults had a place to sit and play games .The beds and the linens were comfortable and the beautiful deck and the view was just breathtaking.
We will definitely stay here again thank you for a wonderful stay
The house was spacious and met all of our needs. Loved the huge deck and windows and the location on the lake with views both up and down lake. We love Palmer Lake. Being able to launch boat from the site was a bonus. The kitchenware/silverware is getting a bit old as are towels etc...but it was nice to have all of it available.

Thanks for the feedback Kirk. We will be replacing the kitchenware / towels this fall.
Four families truly enjoyed this Palmer Lake property! There was plenty of room and we had everything we could need at our fingertips! The easy access for launching boats and the dock was so handy! We hope to stay again sometime!
We had a great time at Palmer lake! Communication was easy and we found the property and amenities to be as listed. The pair of eagles catching fish in front of the house was a bonus. :-)
This place was a great location to get away from it all and just unplug. We played in the lake with the paddle boards, played ping pong downstairs, and had great family moments over the weekend. The house was clean and matched the description exactly. I would stay here again for sure. The lake was cold but refreshing. Take a fishing pole with you if you come as the fish are just jumping out!
This house is amazing! We had 11 people staying here and had plenty of space and did not feel cramped. My husband, son, nephew and his dad caught perch off the dock. The beds were very comfortable and the kids loved the bunk beds. Kitchen is well stocked and had everything that we needed. We definitely plan on making this a yearly family trip.
