Great condo at Beachside Colony

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Highly recommend this condo for the interior and the view. This is our new favorite destination. We parked the car and had 3 days of total relaxation! Beachside Colony is by far the best on Tybee and the office onsite was more than helpful with all of our questions. Cannot wait to come back!

Disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Outside Slider did not open on arrival, Tile floors are way past needing a pr ofessional cleaning, outside deck floor in need of pressure washing and paint, dining room chairs aged and dirty. Building metal stairs between floors have large rust areas that paint along will not help, ie needs professional contractor
