Accommodations include 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, a great room with an upscale fully equipped kitchen, and a large living/dining space that leads to a private balcony overlooking the Muhammad Ali Museum! Fabulous location in the 713 with 4 additional units on Museum Row, the Bourbon Trail & short walk to many eateries and venues in the Ville!
The space Groups of all sizes will appreciate the accommodations that include: a large en-suite with a King bed and single sleeper, 1 Queen bedroom, 2 Full Beds, and an additional King. There is a sleeper sofa in the living area and 3 full bathrooms. The brick hall leads to a generous great room that includes a full kitchen, living room and is highlighted with fabulous river views from the private balcony. Sleeps 10-12

Fantastic property in walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The decorating was awesome and unique and the owners were very responsive with questions we had. We really enjoyed a couple of bourbon spots across the street and the staff were so friendlyWe’d love to come back!!
Spacious and comfortable for our group of 8 adults. We enjoyed the view and large living space, along with the 3 full bathrooms. Conveniently located near Louisville Slugger Factory, Muhammad Ali Center, Michter's Fort Nelson and other Whiskey Row distilleries. Our entire group really enjoyed our stay here!
Very nice suite in downtown Louisville! Clean, comfortable and spacious for a group! It was nice to be able to park and walk/Uber downtown Louisville. Building felt safe and was well maintained. We would consider staying here again.

Super convenient place for my group of 8 friends to stay a couple nights on our tour of the bourbon trail. Everything was great, check in/out was easy, location was walkable to a lot of great spots. Would definitely recommend.
Our apartment was wonderful. Very clean spacious and an excellent location. We had a little bit of difficulty getting into the building and Dianne and Patty showed up right away to help us. We could not of picked a better place and the owners were tremendous and their response both when we got there and in preparation for our trip. I would certainly recommend this location and owners to anybody looking to visit Louisville

So sorry about the snafu with our new keyless system! I’m glad it was resolved quickly for you. Thank you for choosing to stay at 713!
Everything was wonderful. There were a few things I noticed that the host might like to be aware of. The big picture next to the kitchen fell down by itself a couple of times. It needs a stronger nail or hanger. Also, the elevator inspection is out of date since 2023. And lastly, the automatic closer on the top door in the stairwell isn’t slowing the door down making a very dangerous situation if a child had their fingers in the door jamb.
What a great and unique find! Very spacious and looks just like the photos. Clean with really great decor and well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The location in downtown couldn’t be more perfect with great restaurants, bars, shops and museums right outside the door. Communication was friendly and wonderful with the owners both through messaging and on-site. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again if we make it back to Louisville. What a fun city!
This was a guys trip for golf, bourbon, and dining. The property didn't disappoint. We couldn't have been better setup for everything downtown has to offer, and everything else around the area was simple to navigate. The building and unique lodging was perfect for our party of 6 adults, with plenty of room. All rooms were well appointed and everything worked as it should. If we make it back to Louisville we will surely check about booking again. Thanks, Charlie
Condo/Flat was beautiful and spacious. The only complaint is the size of the single queen bedroom. It’s very small and the ventilation was not good in that bedroom. The owners suite faces the street and you can hear all of the street noice at night. Also there is no onsite free parking. The Vrbo app does not show the detail regarding the parking. Other than that our stay was great.
