Magnificent views of the Chiemgau Alps, a natural spectacle of a special kind

ARRIVE AND RETURN! We want to offer this on our organic farm with sheep breeding in the middle of the Chiemgau.
Our lovingly, newly renovated, very spacious apartment offers plenty of space to relax and linger.
Do you want to have breakfast in the open air with sunshine? No problem two large balconies offer enough space for the whole family and a wonderful view of the mountains.
Our huge garden with turnstile, play tower, slide, swing, trampoline, garden shed and much more leaves children amazed.
And after an eventful day you can relax in two comfortable bedrooms and relax and recharge your batteries for your next trip. In the large living room can spend convivial hours with the family. Whether games or a good book; Everything is ready for you in the apartment.
Furthermore, there is a complete kitchen with oven and many electrical appliances available. If you do not feel like going to one of the many restaurants in the area, you can prepare small and large meals here.
A barbecue area, numerous comfortable garden loungers and seating groups offer for the parents rest oases to relax.
Enjoy one of our wonderful sunsets or the gigantic night sky strewn with millions of stars.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Die Betten sind bequem. Alles war einwandfrei. In einigen Rezensionen wurde bemängelt, dass die Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen ist. Ich empfinde es eher als Pluspunkt, dass Dinge gepflegt und erhalten werden. Insgesamt volle Punktzahl. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Eine super Wohnung auf dem Hof der Familie für einen Familienurlaub. Im Garten gibt es super viele Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder, plus die Tiere als Highlight - Eltern können entspannt den Kindern zuschauen oder mitspielen. In der Umgebung viele Ausflugsziele.

Tolle Lage, alte Wohnung

Der Bauernhof ist wunderbar gelegen. Man erreicht die Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs schnell und viele tolle Ausflugsziele der Umgebung komplikationslos. Der Hof an sich ist ebenfalls schön, mit einigen Spielmöglichkeiten und einem süßen Bauerngarten. Die Gastgeber waren nett, jedoch von sich aus zeigten sie keine großen Ambitionen, uns Tipps oder Hinweise für Ausflüge etc. zu geben. Die Wohnung an sich ist von der Preis-Leistung her nicht angemessen. Die Wohnung ist alt (80er?), zwar gepflegt, aber an sich einfach runtergewohnt. Deshalb würden wir nicht mehr wiederkommen.

Kleiner Bauernhof mit Tieren

Es war sehr schön. Es gibt einen großen Garten mit viel Spielzeug für groß und klein. Die Wohnung ist etwas älter, aber sauber und ausreichend Platz ist vorhanden.

Sehr schöne Umgebung, ideal für Kinder

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr einfach gestaltet und leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen, dennoch war alles ordentlich und sauber. Grundsätzlich hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Besitzer waren sehr nett und kinderfreundlich. Ebenso war der Brötchenservice, sowie Eier - und Milchbestellung immer zuverlässig und frisch. Wenn wir Hilfe brauchten wurde sofort reagiert. Wer keinen großen Wert auf Luxus legt, ist hier auf jeden Fall gut aufgehoben. Für Kinder absolut ideal, da der Garten groß genug und mit reichlich Spielsachen ausgestattet war. Wir können dieses Feriendomizil nur weiter empfehlen. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Seen zum Baden waren in Kürze zu erreichen, ebenso wunderschöne Ausflugsziele.

Tolle Unterkunft

Die Woche hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Vor allem für Familien mit Kindern sehr empfehlenswert. Tolle Spielmöglichkeiten draußen und viele Tiere, die die Kinderherzen höher schlagen lassen. Auch die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und geräumig.

Schöner Urlaub bei netten Gastgebern

Wir sind mit 2 kleinen Kindern und 2 Hunden gereist. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und das Außengelände grade für Kinder sehr schön. Die Umgebung ist auch wirklich toll für schöne Ausflüge und es sind viele Seen zum schwimmen in der Nähe. Vor Ort kann man noch ein Brötchen Service dazu buchen, das haben wir dankend angenommen. Die Ferienwohnung ist im 1. Stock und schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Was für uns noch ein kleines Manko war, es gab im Schlafzimmer keinen Rolladen und auch die Vorhänge haben nicht verdunkelt. Zudem sind in den Türen zum Schlafzimmer Glasfenster, wo wiederum Licht aus dem Flur rein kommt. Was ich sehr gut fand, dass ausreichend Handtücher zu Verfügung standen. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit!

Wir verbrachten mit dem englischen Teil unsere Familie eine schöne Woche auf dem Hof. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich, die Lage des Hofes für Ausflüge in die wundervolle Umgebung ideal. Verbesserungsfähig ist noch die Ausstattung der Küche.

This was such a sweet family and farm. Peaceful and beautiful with so much to do in the area.

If you want to get to know the real Bavaria, this is the perfect spot. It was the perfect homebase for our family of 4 and our dog. The kids loved the farm with all of the animals, play equipment, and local lake trails. The family the lives there is so helpful and very sweet. The kids were able to visit the horses - they brushed, walked, and fed them carrots. :) You definitely need a car to explore all the lakes, go up into the mountains, take a ferry on Chiemsee to see the castle, and to pop into Munich and Salzburg (both an hour away). To us, the 3 weeks spent here were heaven! Thank you so much!

Ruhig und tiefenentspannt

Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen auf dem Hof von Familie Schönhuber. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, haben uns morgens mit frischen Brötchen versorgt und die Kinder mit zu den Tieren genommen. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet mit allem was man so braucht. Besonders schön sind die zwei Balkone, wobei wir immer den mit „Bergsicht“ genutzt haben. Die Lage ist ideal, man ist schnell am Chiemsee oder einem der vielen anderen Seen und in einer halben Stunde in den Bergen. Wir fanden es sehr schön dort und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
