There were 10 adults and it never felt crowded. Lovely house, deck with hot tub and table and chairs right off the kitchen family room area was perfect. Gourmet kitchen with high end appliances.

We loved our stay. This was the best equipped house we have stayed in. They had everything we could need and more. The house itself is beautiful and had plenty of space to accommodate two families. The owner is very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend!

This is a beautiful mountain home with everything you could want. We found the whole home clean, well furnished, with Wi-Fi everything you could possibly need. . The beautiful kitchen had quality appliances, dishes and cookware. It was also stocked with a wide variety of spices and condiments, which saved us a lot of shopping and money I loved how the kitchen and family room were one big room separated by a huge island . Just off the open kitchen-family room is the dining room with a good size table that will easily seat 8 to 10 people, and the second living area with comfortable furniture and another TV and fireplace. This was definitely the nicest and most well equipped VRBO we have ever rented. The host was easy to reach and very helpful with a small issue of a remote on a ceiling fan having dead batteries. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting Breckenridge with a family.

We had a wonderful stay at your beautiful Breckenridge home. The views from the house are stunning, surrounded by tall pine trees in an upscale, quiet neighborhood that felt peaceful and private. The kitchen and living area are absolutely gorgeous—spacious, modern, and equipped with every amenity we needed. It was the perfect place to relax after a day out.The location is also excellent, just a short drive to downtown Breckenridge, making it easy to enjoy restaurants, shops, and activities. Overall, a fantastic stay and we would definitely return!

Fantastic property that surpassed our expectations. Our entire family of 13 fit perfectly! Well stocked, convenient location, excellent layout, just an overall fun atmosphere, family, friendlyhome. The open concept. kitchen and living space flowed to allow us all to gather. The downstairs two bedrooms were perfect setup for the kids with all the board games, video games, arcades etc. Communicative host! Really nothing more anyone could ask for.

Loved It !

Beautiful place, well stocked and very clean. We had 7 adults an 3 under 4 and had plenty of room to spread out.Very close to Main Street and all the action . By far the easiest check in and check out we ever have had .We will definitely stay again given the chance !
