The Texas Baumhaus is on the second floor surrounded by 40' post oaks which makes you feel like you are in a treehouse! You will have this 600 sqft apartment to yourself with a private entrance, parking and great views of pool and woods. It is in a safe and quiet neighborhood. With a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, bathroom and a washer/dryer. Located 20 minutes from DFW airport the apartment is in the middle of the Dallas/Fort Worth area yet it feels like you are in the country! Gated parking with a designated parking spot. Located only 15 minutes from Southlake Town Square and 19 minutes from historic Grapevine. Both are full of great shops and fantastic restaurants.

Beverly is an excellent host. She pays attention to every detail. Very good communication! She went above and beyond with an eclipse themed welcome basket, since we were staying during the eclipse. The area is beautiful, safe, and quiet! We would love to come back sometime! Thank you!

The stay made my first to trip to Texas memorable ! The owners were kind, considerate and more than helpful. This property made our stay nice and comfy! Would not think twice about staying here again.

Cozy stay in suburban woods

The place is absolutely lovely and cozy. With the wooded setting, it’s hard to believe it’s actually very close to everywhere you might want to go, including DFW Airport. I so appreciated having a kitchen with all the needed items. The extra-comfy bed and quiet setting made for a restful nights. Loved the extra touches and the Texas-centric theme. Beverly is a very gracious, helpful, and kind host. I hope to be back on my next trip to the area.

Nice and Quit Getaway

The hosts were wonderful and it was a nice quit getaway to relax. Close to town but felt like you are in the country.

Colleyville makes the top 10 safest towns list every year. It's a sleepy little neighborhood with mature trees lining the roads and the woods to the east. Very peaceful.
