In the center near the charming old town of Landau ad Isar location - completely renovated and lovingly refurbished by its owners.

Beautiful house for up to 4 people with
• 2 bedrooms (one 160cm wide double bed and a 140cm wide double bed)
• Living room with comfortable coach, reading chair and dining table
• new, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob,
        Oven, dishwasher and fridge
• bathroom with shower / toilet, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror and washing machine
• electrical floor heating in living room and kitchen
• terrace and fully fenced garden with garden furniture
• Parking on the plot

All comfort for a relaxing holiday yet - 81cm flat screen TV in the living room and a bedroom, stereo, internet access (W-LAN or LAN / cable) for free.

Quadrupeds welcome - heated dog house with fenced, tiled outlet available.

Only 3 minutes walk to the town center with many restaurants, shops, bakery, butchers, ATM, etc. The city itself offers a wide range of leisure and cultural opportunities. More information can be found on the website of the city Landau.

Only 20 minutes walk to the Isar with the beautiful Isar-cycle path. Bike rental near possible.

Many recreational attractions for young and old in the area such as Bayern Park, heritage city of Regensburg, the Bavarian Forest glassworks, etc. - for more information about this on the website of the holiday land Dingolfing-Landau.

Only about 40 km to the Bayern Park - a special experience for young and old.

Radweg an der Isar

Das Haus ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet und man kann ruhige Tage genießen. Trotzdem sollte man gut zu Fuß sein. In dem umzäunten Garten hat sich auch unser Hund wohl gefühlt. Der Radweg an der Isar ist gut ausgebaut und man kann ruhig und entspannt fahren. Auf dem Weg bis nach München kann man einige interessante Orte mit historischem Charakter entdecken.

Das Haus war sehr schön eingerichtet vor allem in der Küche haben es uns die Barhocker angetan. Der voll umzäunte Garten war uns wichtig für unseren Hund. Zwar abschüssig aber dennoch kein Problem. Wir konnten gute Ausflüge machen. An der Isar ist es wunderschön

Niederbayern eine Reise Wert

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Touren in der Region, guter Bäcker am Marktplatz, gutes Wirtshaus "Oberer Krieger ", Haus liegt am Berg, für Menschen mit Knieproblemen nicht ganz ideal, das Haus hat Flair und eine nette Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen.

sehr gute lage fuer dringend erforderliche termine in Landshut und Deggendorf, aber auch fuer ausfluege in Niederbayern. Auch fuer Hunde schoen. ein Ort zum wiederkommen.
