L'hote a récupéré 130 euros sur la caution, mentionnant que nous avions déposés nos déchets sur la voie publique, sans preuves parfaites mais simplement des témoignages de "voisins",que nous avions nous même vus déposer des déchets ou des "traces de pas dans la neige", tout en sachant que nous avions fait une randonnée au jour même et qu'il n'y avait plus de neige a l'entrée de la maison avec tous nos pas, nous avions fait le tour de la ville.L'hote nous a également menacé de transférer le dossier à la mairie et de saisir les juridictions compétentes si nous contestions la chose.Je ne recommande absolument pas. Nous attendons toujours le retour de nos 30 malheureux euros.

Le propriétaire n'a aucun doute sur le fait que ce soit vos sacs qui ont été déposés, effectivement des traces de pas partaient du gîte vers le monument aux morts où 30 sacs d'ordures non triées ont été trouvés. La capacité du gîte a sans doute été dépassée au vu du nombre de bouteilles. Quant à la trentaine d'euros, ils ont bien été remboursés.

Geräumiges Haus in toller Landschaft

Wir haben in dem schönen alten Haus zwei sehr erholsame Wochen verbracht. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich ein riesiges Wohn- und Esszimmer mit Kamin sowie eine geräumige Küche, die über zwei Kühlschränke, zwei Kaffeemaschinen und – was im Inserat nicht erwähnt wird – eine Waschmaschine verfügt. Darüber hinaus gibt es zwei Duschen und zwei Toiletten. Im ersten Stock gibt es eine weitere Dusche, ein weiteres WC und drei Schlafzimmer, teils mit einem Doppelbett, teils mit Einzelbetten möbliert. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich dann noch zwei Räume, wovon der eine ein Durchgangsraum ist, mit weiteren Einzelbetten. So konnten wir Besuch von Freunden und Familie empfangen. Interessant für Hundebesitzer zu wissen: Es gibt ein großen, eingezäunten Garten. Der nächste Supermarkt ist circa 4 km entfernt im nächsten kleinen Ort. Man kann schöne Ausflüge in die Umgebung unternehmen, fußläufig 20 Minuten entfernt, befindet sich ein schöner Badesee.
