Our condo itself is large, airy, and nicely furnished. It is located on the fourth (penthouse top level) floor, so you need not worry about people tromping around above you.

Tucked in between the famous downtown "5th Ave." and the main attraction, The Beach. Our La Brisa boutique building (14 units) is in a perfect location to be steps in one direction from the beach and steps in the other from the trendy 5th Ave, nightlife, dining, grocery store, etc.

5th Avenue is blocked by vehicular traffic. Playa Del Carmen is a very walkable city. Ado bus system is excellent and inexpensive, taxi, and bike rentals. All the comfort of home!

Absolutely beautiful apartment, extremely clean, rooftop pool, jacuzzi, and bar with bartender were wonderful. You are one block from the beach and one block to the famous "little 5th street" which has all the bars, restaurants, and shops. Perfect place and we cannot wait to come back!!!

Modernes grosses Apartment sehr nahe an Avenida Quinta mit Super Pool auf dem Dach.

Das Apartment war toll, sehr gross und mit allem ausgestattet, auch mit Ventilatoren und Klimanlage. Kühlschrank ist sehr nützlich. Sehr nahe an Avenida Quinta mit vielen Restaurants und Unterhaltung und trotzdem in einer Seitenstrasse und nahe am Strand gelegen.
