If you are traveling with a pet, we must know prior to your arrival. (20 lb weight limit at Shores Club) There is a $100 non refundable pet fee, and a required pet addendum.
Beautiful DIRECT OCEANFRONT 2BR/BA 8th floor condominium boasts breathtaking unobstructed views of the pristine NO DRIVE BEACH.This unit was recently remodeled and is a beautifully decorated designer's showpiece. See amazing sunrises from the living room and master bedroom. Relax and enjoy the ocean breeze and views of the Atlantic Ocean from the oceanfront balcony. The oceanfront primary suite has a king bed and the guest bedroom has one queen plus a queen over queen bunk bed. Unit sleeps 6. There are flat screen tv's in the living room and each bedroom.
The no drive beach provides endless hours of sun and fun. The kitchen is fully furnished with range, refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and Keurig, blender, cookware and dishware. Private/personal laundry room located right outside unit door. Unit is assigned one lower level parking place. Unit has cable, internet and phone. No Smoking. This unit is pet friendly for 2 dogs up to 20lbs.

This popular family friendly oceanfront building is conveniently located approximately 1 mile south of the Port Orange bridge on the traffic free beach in beautiful Daytona Beach Shores. Amenities include spacious oceanfront balconies, heated oceanfront pool, BBQ grills, sauna, fitness center, tennis court, shuffleboard, basketball court, card room, library and club room. Shores club has a WEEKLY MINIMUM RENTAL POLICY AND SAT- SAT BOOKINGS IN APRIL, JUNE & JULY.e Booking will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking date or next business day by the owner's property management company.
