Beautiful ocean view, sunrise was beautiful. Great condo, Gary is a great host. Would definitely stay again, this was our second time with this host. A perfect place to watch rocket launches. Will be back next year.

My family goes to Daytona Beach every year for a week and this condo was our absolute favorite ever! Beautiful, oceanfront, 3 BR 3 BA on 4th floor. Everything was perfect: very comfy beds, top-of-the-line kitchen equipment and washer/dryer, large tvs in every room, awesome balcony view, and the really nice personal touches (fruit, chocolate, water bottles, and the welcome note from owner, Gary) The decor was beautiful and beachy, and I can’t think of anything that would have made our stay better. Thank you Gary; hope to stay here next summer too!

We enjoyed the beautiful views from the unit. The beds were comfortable and the unit was well furnished. The common areas of the property were very well maintained. We enjoyed using the park style charcoal grill on the property.
