About this property

Noble equipped, with good S-Bahn connection to the center of Berlin.

Our apartment was recently completed and is very high quality and tastefully decorated. Since we like to travel often ourselves, we tried to make all negative experiences that we had to have better in our apartment.

It is a basement apartment facing south, which is why half the day the sun shines in. Each of the 4 windows is equipped with an electric roller shutter for a good night's sleep.

The apartment is in our family home and has its own entrance. They are completely independent and can come and go as they please. We are a non-smoking household and so is our apartment.

The underfloor heating ensures a homely climate in the entire apartment.

There are dishes and cutlery for 6 people, although we can only offer 4 sleeping options.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit kompletter Ausstattung. Alles sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Der freundliche Vermieter hatte sogar einige Getränke für uns bereitgestellt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !

Schöne, saubere Wohnung

Hallo Frau Buchheim, vielen Dank für die freundliche Aufnahme und die sehr saubere, schöne Ferienwohnung. Es war alles Bestens und wir haben die Zeit in Berlin sehr genossen, auch wenn sie leider viel zu schnell vorbeigegangen ist. Aber das ist bei einem schönen Urlaub ja meistens so. Als wir des Nächtens von unseren anstrengenden Unternehmungen gekommen sind, waren wir froh, uns in der gemütlichen Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht, ausruhen und die Akkus für den nächsten Tag aufladen zu können, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Eine wunderschöne, perfekte Ferienwohnung

Dies ist eine wirklich perfekte Ferienwohnung. Ankommen, wohlfühlen und einfach nur den Urlaub genießen. Wir wurden vom Inhaber sehr herzlich empfangen, konnten unser Auto auf einem abgeschlossenen Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück parken und aufgrund der hervorragenden Lage der Wohnung, brauchten wir unser Auto während unserem kompletten Aufenthalt nicht mehr. Der Bahnhof, mit S-Bahn nach Berlin, ist gerade einmal fünf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Wir haben elf Tage in der Wohnung verbracht und uns jeden Abend gefreut, wieder zurück zu kommen. Auch der herzliche Kontakt zu den Gastgebern muss hier ausdrücklich erwähnt werden. Sollten wir Berlin wiedereinmal besuchen, werden wir ohne zu zögern, diese Wohnung anfragen. Unseren besonderen Dank an Familie Buchheim für ihre Herzlichkeit, wir wünschen ihnen alles Gute und noch viele so begeisterte Gäste, wie wir es waren und sind. Wir werden sie auf jeden Fall ohne zu zögern weiter empfehlen.

Great apartment for a visit to Berlin and Potsdam, but also perfectly situated to the surroundings of Berlin, e.g Schorfheide and Chorin or one of the near by lakes. The apartment is in line with the pictures, everything you need is available and the owners are very helpfull. USP's: close to Berlin (you don't need a car) very clean apartment personal touch

Es war ein toller Kurztrip nach Berlin. Und eine verdammt gute Unterkunft! Genau wie beschrieben, modern ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Und als geplagter Autofahrer bekommt man sogar noch einen eigenen Stellplatz. Besonders erwähnenswert der gute Kontakt vor und während des Aufenthaltes. Wird empfohlen und vorgemerkt!

Super schöne, moderne und saubere Ferienwohnung

Großen Dank, das alles so kurzfristig geklappt hatte. Wir haben erst 3-4 Tage vor Anreise eine Anfrage gestellt und wurden am Tag der Anreise sehr Freundlich und Herzlich empfangen. Alles lief ohne Probleme. Die Ferienwohnung ist modern und sehr sauber. Sie liegt sehr ruhig und ist mit dem Auto ohne Probleme zu erreichen. Für dieses gibt es sogar einen Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück. Keine 10min Laufweg und schon sitzt man in der Bahn auf dem Weg ins Zentrum nach Berlin. Wenn es uns das nächste mal nach Berlin treibt, werden wir dort wieder buchen. Von uns volle 5 Sterne.

Sehr schöne und moderne Ferienwohnung

Dank an die Familie Buchheim das alles so reibungslos geklappt hat. Wir hatten ziemlich kurzfristig gebucht. Die Ferienwohnung ist modern eingerichtet und liegt in guter zentraler Lage (S-Bahn,Einkaufsmöglichkeiten). Tolle Wohnung

Diese Wohnung können wir nur weiterempfehlen. Eine sehr schöne, saubere, geschmackvoll und perfekt ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Alles wurde gut durchdacht. Auch zwei größere Kinder finden auf der Ausziehcouch Platz. Alles ist so wie es beschrieben ist. Die Lage ist auch hervorragend. Die S-Bahn ist gleich um die Ecke, so das man ganz bequem Berlin und Umgebung erreicht. Unsere Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, gaben uns hilfreiche Tipps und betreuten uns bereits vor unserer Ankunft sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder.

Großartig

Wir haben diese Ferienwohnung in unseren Flitterwochen gebucht. Die Ferienwohnung hat uns als Ausgangspunkt gedient, um mit der S-Bahn Berlin unsicher zu machen. Besonders die vielen kleinen Details in der FeWo haben uns besonders gefallen (z.B. schaltet sich der Kühlschrank in der Nacht ab, um im Schlaf vom Brummen des Kühlschranks nicht geweckt zu werden). Leider ging unser Aufenthalt viel zu schnell zu Ende. Wir werden aber wiederkommen.
