Le Chalet Blanc - Magnifique chalet sur les pistes

Come and enjoy a stay in an enchanting setting in the charming village of La Giettaz and enjoy the comfort of this 120 m² chalet, which overlooks the resort and offers a breathtaking view of the Val d'Arly mountains. The access to the slopes is directly from the ski room of the chalet!

This accommodation can accommodate up to 14 people, combining modern lines and authentic wood, will be ideal for a getaway with friends or family! You will have a beautiful and luminous living room with a lounge area and a dining area, a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (one with a balcony), 3 bathrooms and a balcony with a view. Parking space. Wifi access. Sheets and towels in supplement. Mandatory cleaning to be paid to our service provider.

The house:
The accommodation on 3 levels is composed as follows:

First floor:
- A garage allowing to park 2 vehicles.
- Room 1: a double bed with a wardrobe, TV
- Bedroom 2: a double bed with a wardrobe and a small balcony.
- A shower room with an Italian shower, a basin and a towel dryer, toilets

Middle floor:
- A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with two sofas, a coffee table, a TV as well as a dining area with a dining table that can accommodate up to 10 guests.
- A kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, induction, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee makers (Nespresso and classic), food processor...
- Room 3: a double bed with storage space, TV, an adjoining bathroom with an Italian shower, a double sink, and a towel dryer.
- Room 4: a dormitory with two bunk beds (one double bed downstairs, one single bed upstairs each), 2 single beds and storage.
- A shower room with an Italian shower and a double sink.

Lower floor:
- A ski room with an entrance directly on the slope. You will find two benches, shelves and a boot dryer.
- Room 4: A dormitory with two bunk beds (one double bed downstairs, one single bed upstairs each), 2 single beds and storage space.
- A bathroom with an Italian shower and a double basin, a washing machine/dryer and a towel dryer.

Exterior:
- A large balcony runs around the chalet, with a magnificent view of the mountains and the slopes! It is furnished with two armchairs and a table.

Neighborhood:
The accommodation is located in La Giettaz, a charming little Savoyard village, very authentic, located between La Clusaz and Mégève. You will find all the necessary amenities: a tobacco/newspaper/memorabilia shop and bar, a mini-market, which also serves as a bakery, 3 restaurants, 1 hotel, 1 bakery, 1 tourist office with 1 animator available, in high season.

Nearby:
- You will be directly on the ski slopes!
- The 150 km ski area extends to Combloux and Megève. In Megève, a shuttle bus in season allows access to the Contamines-Montjoie area.
- Skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, sledding and dog sledding are the main activities in winter.
- Discovery of the fauna and flora, accompanied by a local guide; hiking in the mountains, swimming at the Flumet lake (5kms)
- Visit of a cheese factory (reblochon production) and mountain pasture farms.
- The "Fête des Alpages" takes place every year on August 15, at the top of the Arravis pass, in La Giettaz.
- The Tour de France in early July regularly passes the Arravis pass, and sometimes even in front of the chalet!

Transportation :
- The car is the best means of transportation
- A free shuttle to Le Plan (3.5 km) runs every half hour during the day, in winter season.
- A cab is available in the village.
- Bus connections to the surrounding villages: Flumet, Praz-sur-Arly, La Clusaz are also available.

Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- A baby bed and a high chair are available on site.
- All televisions are equipped with a Google Chromecast and access to Netflix in Amazon Prime. Sonos lamp speakers are installed in the living room.
- Another chalet is adjacent to the Chalet Blanc, please respect the neighborhood.
