Golf your weekend away in this professionally designed condo, An Oasis of Relaxation! The 2300 square-foot condo on the north end of Saint Simons Island, GA is fully equipped and even has its very own elevator. Bring your golfing buddies with you!
The large master suite (king size bed) with its own sitting room, closet and en-suite bathroom with whirlpool tub. Two guest rooms have Queen size beds, each with its own en-suite bathrooms. Washer, dryer, ironing board and steam iron are provided

The space
This unit overlooks the sixth green of the King and Prince Golf Course at Hampton Plantation. The Hampton point marina is within a 10 minute walk where you may charter a boat to go fishing or ride on the river and explore the marshes.
There are bike paths all over the island which are very enjoyable for exploration! You will love the quaint shops in the heart of town and the best Food in all of the Southern Islands. You will find many affordable Gluten Free restaurants in the area! One restaurant, voted as "The South’s Best BBQ Joint 2017: Southern Soul" by Southern Living Magazine readers.

The Kitchens fully stocked with new utensils and appliances, so make yourself at home and cook as much or as little as you like. Kitchen is fully stocked-a gas stove and new appliances and utensils. Wi-Fi, Internet and full cable services are available. Comfortable beds with 600+ thread count sheets on all beds.

Beach is within a 15 minute drive, Marina is within a 5 minute walk so that you may rent a boat and explore the river and marshes.

Elevator is available for use upon request. The pool area and club house is right across the front door. This is a very quite golfing community surrounded by the King and Prince Golf Resort. Golf T-times available on a daily fee basis.

Other things to note
There are community association rules posted on the kitchen wall and must be adhered to. All dogs must be taken out on a leash and no aggressive breeds allowed.

4 Cruiser bicycles are provided for your pleasure. Please care for them so that others may be able to use them.

I love the beach and my husband loves golfing so we settled on this beautiful condo at the quietest point in SSI where we felt safe, away from the crowds and able to relax! The neighbors are mostly locals that enjoy the slower pace in life and the finer things this island has to offer.

Why they chose this property

This property is spacious, clean and amenable to relaxing awhile. No loud traffic, neighbors or screaming kids unless they come for a short visit. Most of all, each unit is equipped with its own elevator that travels from the garage to the top level where the bedrooms are located. Place your luggage in the elevator and never have to carry in your luggage or your grocery bags!

What makes this property unique

We love the ability to walk to the golf course, ride bicycles around the neighborhood or even visit the Marina, just a short walk away and explore Little SSI
