1. This home will be offered a an Mid-Term rental effective immediately for any new bookings.
2. You will sign a Residential Lease that is required by Owner and Insurance before your booking is accepted.
3. You will need to provide ID’s for all adults on the lease.
4. You must pay a Security Deposit that equals to One Month’s Rent.
5. You are required to Read and Follow All House Rules, Check In, and Check Out Instructions.
6. NO SMOKING of any kind inside home or on the premises (please do not rent my home if you or any of your guests are smokers) If you break this rule, I will collect the whole security deposit plus the cost of a professional cleaning company to clean it. THIS IS A NO-TOLERANCE RULE.
7. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS PERMITTED
8. NO SHOES WORN INSIDE HOME (shoe covers will be provided if you prefer to not wear your socks or please bring your own house slippers!)
9. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS 4 RENTERS MAX. TWO ADULTS IS PREFERRED.
10. NO PETS ALLOWED AT ANYTIME
13. Housekeeping: You will required to pay for our cleaners to clean the house once during a 30 day period if longer then 31 days. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit.

The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
