THE LAKEFRONT CHALET - SKI, RIDE, GOLF, BIKE, HIKE

THE LAKEFRONT CHALET offers wonderful location right near everything in Hunter but still far enough away to feel peaceful. Situated right on the lake near ski slopes. Great place to stay for a large group! The house has two great rooms on a main and a lower levels w/ wood burning stoves for wintry nights, three decks, one covered, with great lake views, gas bbq and teak table set. Great sunsets lakeside make for a memorable vacation.
In summer enjoy the lake, views, kayaks and peddle boat, or cast a line and fish right in the backyard. In winter it welcomes you with a warm fire.

From May through October you can Swim, Fish and use the supplied Kayaks and a peddle boat at the private lake and we're only 1 mile to Hunter Mountain Resort, 1 mile to town, 5 miles to Tannersville & 9 miles to Windham Mtn. 20 minutes to Saugerties and 30 to Woodstock. There are 3 gold courses within 20 minutes and a water park and many other activities within 30 minutes* In the Winter skiing and snowboarding and tubing are only 3 minutes away at Hunter Mountain 1 mile directly up the road and Windham Mtn is only 15 minutes away.

Short ski weekend

This house was perfect for a winter weekend getaway. Proximity to hunter mountain was key. Hot tub was amazing. Views are gorgeous. Would recommend

Rhinebeck Weekend Trip

We were 7 women having a girls weekend and attending the nearby NY State Sheep & Wool Festival. The house was perfect for us.

A perfect getaway

WOW. This listing far exceeded my expectations! The home itself is in an ideal location, beautifully furnished, and perfectly laid out for groups. From the sauna to the hot tub to the lake, there was plenty to do. Nataliya was kind, communicative, and even went out of her way to send a few forgotten items to their rightful owner. Thank you for such a wonderful weekend and we hope to visit again!
