A modern 125m² home on a 1,500m² lot—bright, comfortable, and inviting—featuring a large, functional, and well-equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with two sofas, three bedrooms, a cosy nook, a beautiful bathroom, and a laundry room.

The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker, and Nespresso machine.

In the living room, you’ll find a TV and a Bluetooth soundbar.

One bedroom has two single beds, another has a 140 double bed, and the last has a 160 double bed; a travel cot and a high chair are also available.

The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a bathtub, and a double sink.

The entire house is accessible except for the garage.

The property is fenced with slats (as shown in the photos); there is no gate in front of the house, as there is very little traffic on the road.
There are two horses in the pasture right next to the house, so please be VERY CAREFUL with children.
