Ground floor: kitchen (dishwasher, 4 hotplates gas, oven, microwave), dining room (main heating = pellet: 5 bag), lounge (flat screen TV), dry toilets. 1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200cm) with private bathroom, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200cm), bathroom (washing machine), separate wc. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom (2 beds 1 person 90 x 200 cm). Complete baby equipment. Sheets, toilet and House linen included. Cleaning: 50€. Connection internet wifi. Tourist tax. Pets paying [50€ stay package = household]. Assiette Gourmande sur réservation : 15€ . Possibility of 2 additional beds with supplement. Covered terrace with garden furniture. Table tennis. You'll enjoy to stay in this ancient millstone of 1840, redone to nine, located 100 m from the edge of the Seine. Tastefully restored, using only natural materials (Cork, concrete of hemp and wool of wood...), the Jules cottage is an invitation to relaxation and resourcing. Ideal starting point for walks on foot or by bike, it has a separate non-enclosed garden, in an orchard near the House of the owners. Possibility Bed & Breakfast on the spot.
