The apartment MAXIMA is 122 square meters. It was renovated in 2012 completely. It is completely new and modern.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms with double beds. Two bedrooms are equipped with a 180 cm wide double bed. One bedroom has a 140 cm double bed. All bedrooms have wardrobes, bedside tables, bedside lamps, stools and coat stand. Pillows, blankets, sheets and bedding in hotel quality are of course included. Thus, the apartment MAXIMA provides enough space for 6 adults. Thus, for example, three pairs use the apartment together and do not have to give up comfort and privacy.

The living room and dining room has a large dining table for six and a comfortable seating area with two sofas and two armchairs and a coffee table. It is equipped with flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo.

The modern spacious kitchen offers great comfort and has an additional dining area for four. It is equipped with:
- Oven (conventional heating, hot air, defrost, grill, combinations)
- Ceramic hob with 4 rings
- Hood
- Sink
- Dishwasher
- Large combined fridge and freezer
- Microwave

- All cooking utensils, dishes, and cutlery for 6 people.
Next to the kitchen is a separate utility room and pantry. There you will find detergents and cleaning utensils also an ironing board and iron.

In the apartment is a large bathroom with shower, toilet, 2 sink and hairdryer. The apartment has a second bathroom with toilet and sink. Towels in hotel quality are included, of course.

In the basement, a washing machine and a tumble dryer are available free of joint use.

The living room is followed by a partly covered terrace. There you will find the summer a large garden table with six chairs and upholstered furniture and a barbecue. The covered patio is also a way for smokers to smoke. Around the house is a large garden with no fence that leads directly into meadows and woods. The house is on the edge of the village. There are no direct neighbors. Neighbors are separated by a road or path, and also a hedge. Peace and tranquility in the garden are given thereby.

The apartment is equipped with a telephone and an Internet connection. This phone is unlocked for national landline connections. The Internet can be accessed via Wi-Fi.

There are up to three parking spaces in front of the house.

The apartment MAXIMA is due to their features especially suited for traveling with friends with up to three couples. It is also suitable for small groups of up to 6 people or families with independent, older children about 8 years.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a house with three units. It is accessed via a staircase with 10 steps.

Limitations:

The apartment is for small children under 8 years not appropriate (for example due to lack of fencing around the property). Special facilities for young children does not exist. Because of the stairs in the entrance area, the apartment is not suitable for wheelchair users or people with compromised when climbing stairs.

Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

The apartment is a Non smoking apartment. There is a way to smoke on the covered terrace.
