Beachfront mother-in-law suite awaits you here at Ponte Vedra Beach! This apartment is in the main house but sectioned off with a private entrance. It offers great direct access to the beach, but note that it is not a 5 star hotel. We offer this as an affordable rental with no laundry.. It has outdated features and not-so-great parking but it is on the beach! It is close to the main section of Ponte Vedra & St. Augustine. If interested, we would love to have you visit here!

Perfect little place right on the beach

This was a great little rental for a long weekend getaway. We woke up from the comfortable bed and stepped right out onto the beach and we enjoyed every minute of it.

Great Location

This was exactly what we were looking for, on the beach and everything we needed for a quick getaway with our family. Yes it has some imperfections, but what house doesn’t? We loved it!

Stay was great

Right off the beach great stay . Dev is a great owner, Will help out with anything he can, Just two things would make it better is have a vacuum cleaner in the house and better water pressure in the bathroom. But we had a great time and are going to stay here next year.

Great Getaway

second time staying here it's a 1 bed so we brought an air mattress. you really can't beat this experience for the price. there have been improvements made since we last visited such as parking. the beach is very accessible and amazing. great sun rise and moon rise views on the patio too.

Inside clean and comfortable- rented it to enjoy beach so more or less was a place to sleep. Outside is needing some sprucing up but had Ian come thru a couple weeks ago so expected I guess.

Bravo to the hist and beach

We as a family enjoyed the time here! The fold out twins accommodate our sun kissed teens . We as a couple savored and sipped our coffee as the sunrise and sunsets from the studio presented an amazing moment. The kitchen accommodated is to cook and store our groceries and brew the coffee. Thanks for open communication and memories !

Ponte Vedra paradise!!!

Checking in was a breeze, much like the lovely breezes we experienced during our stay!!! The bed was extremely comfortable and the space was just right for the 3 of us! The property is equal driving distance from the Jax Beach area and St. Augustine historic district, so anywhere we wanted to go was equally convenient. The beach was very peaceful and private, allowing for some good quiet tanning/reading time.....would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone! Whether you're kind of a local who could use a mini getaway or an out-of-towner looking for a peaceful retreat....this is the place!!!

Pure Natural Paradise

This rental is natural paradise. The apartment is very nice and you walk out to patio with plants and wildlife. Then you are right on the beach, there is also a boardwalk that takes you to the ocean/ beach. Quiet and peaceful. No Barbecue at the time we were there and the kitchen is small but workable. If you have children there are breakables decorations and glass items. The owner Dev is very nice. Wonderful vacation, we will be back.

Great stay!

This place was exactly what we were looking for -- a place to sleep and shower, with private access to the beach. The place was very clean, other than the dishes in the cupboard needed washed before we used them. No big deal, it may have just been awhile since they were used. The only other thing that would have made the stay better is a more comfortable bed. It was very firm, which may be preferable to some people, but it was very hard for us to get a good night's sleep. We made up for it by napping on the beach. :-) We are local, so we could easily bring a mattress topper with us if we stay again, which we would!

Beautiful location and priced right

The property needs some extra cleaning and TLC- especially the blinds, particularly the ones behind the stove in the kitchen. There are no trash cans inside except a small one in the kitchen. There should at least be a second one in the bathroom. Also the kitchen is in need of drinking glasses. The sheets on the one bed did not smell fresh. The bathroom could use at least one rug, and any other rugs throughout the unit would be much better. An overhead light that worked with the light switch as you go into the bedroom would be very helpful.

What a wonderful last minute decision!

We made a last minute decision to head to the beach overnight for Mother’s Day weekend and we were able to secure this perfect little spot RIGHT on the beach. Your door literally opens up to the ocean! There was a review where someone thought there may be a double booking and there was some lack of communication but we most certainly had none of these problems. I have a feeling someone was confused because there are similar check-in instructions for the neighboring unit within the property. Ethan was fast and courteous with any and all questions we had. He was able to accommodate us with an additional over and beyond request we made about our arrangements. We will definitely use Ethan again! (I am sometimes difficult to please and I have NO complaints haha!)

Terrible stay

Property in need of repairs and upkeep. Light/ fan in living room did not work, tv remote/channels were difficult to figure out—no instructions in apt. No tv in master bedroom. Table runner dirty. Kitchen minimally stocked. First floor bedroom blinds were broken, looked as if an animal had chewed them up with pieces missing so people could see into room from outside it was reported but never repaired. Comforter stained. Wi-Fi password given was incorrect. Bathroom drawers were dirty. Pillows on sofa were soiled /stained. Curtains n dining room were very wrinkled. I have pictures to back up all these stated problems. I absolutely did not enjoy the stay. I feel cheated out of my money spent on this place

Could be worse.

We wanted a quiet weekend getaway for our anniversary trip. Usually we go to Amelia Island but we thought why not switch it up a bit. In other words, we are no stranger to the "B&B" experience. Our total for two nights was entirely too expensive for what this place is. There is ZERO parking so plan on being a professional stunt driver to maneuver your vehicle over to the side of the house while minding the concrete wall. Backing out requires even more skill. If you arrive after dark allow your eyes to adjust before fumbling down the gravel walk to the back of the house. Be prepared to fight, shimmy, shake, beg and plead with the key to unlock the rusted dead bolt. Wash, rinse and repeat above actions to get the key back after unlocking. I am from Brevard county and understand beach houses can hold a certain smell but this one was a bit overpowering. Definitely dank and musky. Kitchen ware includes whatever plastic or mismatched items previous renters left behind all of which will require a good disinfecting before considering use. Bring your own coffee filters if you plan on using the half full container of Wal-Mart brand coffee with the half empty powder creamer because there aren't any. We opted for Starbucks about 15 minutes north. Should you choose to unwind before bed be warmed two futons in the living area are unbearable to sit on. The bed is soft. The linens were of good quality. The room gets warm and you are not in charge of the temperature. Foot steps go on and on above your head well into the late hours and occasionally we could hear a television. The spare linens in the closet were balled up and tossed in so we werent sure if they were clean. We always bring our own amd recommend if you choose this place, you do the same. There was ONE hand towel and TWO bath towels and a nice roll of "John Wayne" toilet paper in the bathroom. The beach view was beautiful but keep in mind, its not sandy white beach. Its coquina shell. DON'T FORGET YOUR BEACH SHOES! We checked in at 6pm, dropped our things off, drove into St. Augustine for dinner, returned around 8pm and left the next morning by 7am. We stayed in the unit roughly 10 hours(most of that was sleeping) and that was more than enough for us to cut our trip short and go home.

Simple dwelling

Overall enjoyed. Good value. Could use some upgrades. Weather was cool and cloudy, rain. Dark at 5pm. Living room was very uncomfortable. TV very sparse. A smart tv with apps would be great. Very bright ceiling lights or no lights. No comfy chairs. Kitchen very basic but functional. . Bed was comfy. View wonderful. Large drift wood in middle of view. From recent storms? If not a fan of big fancy communities, this is the place. I would stay again.

LOVE THE LOCATION.

To be honest, this is the perfect location to stay at. I loved every second and it’s nice and relaxing. Perfect spot if you are looking to stay near Saint Augustine. The only thing was the cleanliness. It was a bit dirty in the bathroom, and the sheets. However, overall I loved my stay here!

Overall it wasn’t too bad. Everything metal on the outside was rusted really bad. This place needs updating really bad and whoever painted the inside lacked the ability to paint.

Worst experience ever!

We booked this property weeks in advance and was given confirmation that it was booked. We showed up at 11 pm and there was someone else in the property. We knocked on the owners door and he played stupid and was so rude and condensceing and said the he doesn't even rent using VRBO. Ethan the person who is in charge of renting it out, didn't answer his phone so we ended up with no place to stay at midnight.

Inhumane Dog Treatment

Great location but there are two dogs on the property. One who barks at you and paces on the upstairs deck all day and one dog who is chained to a metal shed outiside all day in direct sunlight. This was very upsetting and probably illegal.
