We loved it! Very clean and loved being able to walk to the beach each day. We extended our trip a day because we enjoyed it so much! Thank you for quick responses when we had questions and again a beautiful clean spot. Highly recommend.

Each issue was reported during business hours and was addressed by our HVAC contractor within approximately two hours. While we understand any inconvenience is disappointing, we responded as quickly as possible and remained available throughout your stay. Absolutely wonderful stay! Beautifully renovated condo about 100 steps to the sand. We never made it to the pool as we would have had to drive, but it didn’t matter as my girls were beach obsessed.So many lovely features. The condo has a single serve Keurig with a few pods to get you started. It has a microwave that also can be used as an Air fryer. We didn’t use that feature, but I thought that was neat. The balcony was peaceful and enjoyed all weekend long. All the guards at the gate were so sweet and helpful during our stay. The property managed communicated swiftly. Again, fantastic trip in a fantastic condo! Will return!

Our stay at this adorable condo was amazing. The condo had the most comfy beds & pillows & was stylishly updated , had many amenities, and was so close to the wonderful beach!! Great sharks tooth hunting! St. Augustine is fight down the toad with lots to see & do! I adore Sawgrass !! The past few years we have traveled to the gulf for Summer vacations. I have missed Ponte Vedra! We will be back! Thank you so much for a lovely visit & our happy beach memories !!
