Designed for up to four guests, this oceanfront condo offers a restful retreat with one bedroom featuring a king bed and a sectional sofa that converts into extra sleeping space. Fresh linens, pillows, and blankets are included, along with an iron and storage for your belongings.

Outdoor living
Your private terrace opens directly toward the Atlantic, offering the perfect vantage point to watch the sunrise or enjoy the sound of the surf throughout the day. Direct beach access makes it easy to walk between the sand and your home base whenever the ocean calls.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, & coffee maker. Cooking basics, dishes, and silverware are ready for use. Share meals at the dining table while enjoying ocean light filtering through the space.

Living spaces
An open layout connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas into one bright, airy room. Relax with the HDTV featuring Roku (guests log in with personal accounts), or unwind with air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan ensuring year-round comfort.

Bathroom
The ensuite bathroom includes a bathtub, and bathroom essentials such as towels, soap, and toilet paper. A hair dryer is also provided for your convenience.

Essentials & amenities
This condo includes a washer, dryer, and heating for extended comfort. You’ll also find Wi-Fi, smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit for peace of mind during your stay.

Parking & access
Enjoy the convenience of free parking for one vehicle and smooth self check-in with a keypad door code.
