The condo includes one bedroom with a king bed designed for a quiet, spacious retreat after time by the water. In the great room, a pull-out sofa offers additional space, allowing the home to accommodate up to four guests without interrupting the open feel of the living area. Fresh bed linens are provided to help you settle in with ease.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking, connecting directly to the living area so you can prepare meals while remaining part of the conversation. Full-sized appliances and a dining table support simple breakfasts, relaxed dinners, or takeout enjoyed alongside ocean views. The kitchen offers a comfortable setup for guests planning longer stays or remote work days.

Living space and amenities
Large sliding doors open to an oversized oceanfront terrace, creating a natural extension of the great room. You can unwind with the HDTV with Roku, stay productive at the dedicated workspace, or take advantage of the WiFi when planning local outings. The condo also provides air conditioning, heating, a ceiling fan, washer, dryer, and bathroom essentials. A smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are available for peace of mind.

Outdoor living and parking
The patio or balcony offers a front-row experience of the shoreline, ideal for reading, relaxing, or simply taking in the changing light over the Atlantic. Direct beach access sits just steps from the building, making it easy to transition from the condo to the sand. One free parking space on the premises adds practicality to your stay, along with self check-in through a keypad and a private entrance.
