Wellness Retreat - Oceanfront condo w beach access

Wake to the sound of waves rolling against the shore as the morning sun fills your oceanfront terrace with light. Step outside with a cup of coffee and watch the horizon shift from soft blues to golden hues. With the sand just steps away, you can drift between the beach and the quiet comfort of home as the day unfolds.

Sleeping arrangements
The condo accommodates up to four guests with a king bed in the bedroom and a sectional sofa that pulls out for additional sleeping space. Soft linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided, along with hangers, clothing storage, and an iron to make settling in simple.

Outdoor living
Floor-to-ceiling sliders open to an oversized terrace where sweeping views of the Atlantic stretch before you. This private space is designed for both morning rituals and evening relaxation, whether you’re savoring sunrise or winding down as the sky fades at dusk. Direct beach access means you can move easily from sand to sofa whenever you choose.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Cooking basics such as oil, salt, and pepper are on hand, along with dishes, silverware, and wine glasses. Gather at the dining table after a day on the water, or enjoy a casual bite before heading out to explore.

Living spaces
Inside, an open-concept great room connects the living and dining areas, blending indoor and outdoor living. Relax on the sofa with the HDTV equipped with Roku ( guests are expected to provide their own login credentials) , or enjoy the cooling comfort of air conditioning and a ceiling fan.

Bathroom
The ensuite bathroom offers a bathtub, hot water, towels, soap, and toilet paper. A hair dryer and cleaning products are also provided for convenience.

Neighborhood
Located on Ponte Vedra Boulevard, the condo places you close to casual dining, boutique shopping, and golf at TPC Sawgrass. St. Augustine’s historic attractions and Jacksonville Beach are also just a short drive away, making this oceanfront retreat a central point for both relaxation and exploration.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
