Great location

Staff was very helpful, location was great. We don't speak Spanish so some things were a little challenging. Vicente was very helpful and Google translate helped tremendously. Would go back for sure

La casa esta linda pero...

Primero lo bueno, la casa esta linda, la ubicacion es ideal, esta a escasos metros del mar, es extremadamente apacible dormir con el vaiven de las olas. Lo malo, al reservar la casa lo primero que busque era una propiedad que aceptara 12 adultos o mas. El anuncio expresaba claro la casa puede albergar hasta 12 adultos. Pertecto, mande el dinero y reserve 5 dias. Al llegar al lugar el encargado de la casa me comunico que solo aceptaban diez personas. Me comunique con la dueña, le dije ando visitando familia, hoy estamos 6, en un punto de las vacaciones vamos a estar 11 adultos y niños de la familia. Dos dias antes de finalizar mi reserva mi grupo completo arribo, 11 adultos, 1 adolescente de 14 y 4 niños menores de 12 años. En ese momento recibi mensajes agresivos, cobrando una multa por el exceso de personas y exigiendo que a las 8 de la noche deberia sacar 4 personas de la casa. Que ella aceptaba que el contrato dice 12 adultos, pero ellos se referian a total de personas (niños incluidos), pague la multa y saque a mi familia un dia antes del lugar. Estoy decepcionado y sintio que me cambiaron las reglas para extraer dinero extra. NO RECOMIENDO LA PROPIEDAD.

The town is a 8 minute walk away. At the town, El Pueblo you will discover artisan shops to take home mementos of your time in Nicaragua, plus bars, restaurants and more beach facilities for your group to enjoy. If you’re heading to El Pueblo after dark, take the car!

It won’t take long for you to realize why your hosts chose this location for their villa. The views of the mountains and ocean are simply mesmerizing, and you can enjoy them from Casa Bella´s Terrace. Enjoy grilling also some Burgers Or meat while you see your kids enjoying the Ping Pong table!

Your hosts are confident you will fall in love with their villa as much as they have, especially when you see the views of the ocean and mountains you get. It’s an impressive one story home with plenty of space inside and outside for you to gather as a big group or smaller groups.

Make no mistake, your hosts take the safety and security of each and every guest very seriously. And while the villa is located in the very pleasant Pepesca beachfront neighborhood, the villa is gated, counts with a guard on permanent duty, just to give you extra peace of mind.

You will also have a housekeeper with you, who will be with you the entire stay around the villa so you can concentrate on enjoying yourselves.
