4.5 km away from San Juan del Sur town, A slice of paradise, walking distance from Casa Remanso are 2 stunning beaches, Remanso beach and Sacuanjoche beach where Survivor Nicaragua was filmed.
The house has 5 suites, each with it's own bathrooms. The master bathroom has a glass wall with a great view to the beach and mountain, it also has a Jacuzzi. Each bedroom has a relaxing hammock and they all have air conditioning and private balconies.
The house has open spaces, big living room with a bar that connect with the terrace balcony giving a feeling of nature inside the house. The dinning room is open to the kitchen and breakfast area. All 6 TVs have cable or Apple TV. We offer housekeeping and a guard, to take care of you and the house. It's really a relaxing experience. We are certain that you will enjoy our peace of heaven on earth.

We live in Nicaragua, and we are from Nicaragua, I work at Remanso beach, developing this beautiful land and beach. My husband and I bought this property to share with our 4 kids and built beautiful moments of happiness for our family.
Why they chose this property
When I was a girl my dad use to bring us to this beautiful beach by horses, there were no roads back then. He had a dream... to develop this land and today we have made that dream a reality.
What makes this property unique
The views from our house are overwhelming. Sometimes you can watch whales and you can also see Costa Rica on the horizon.
You can easily access two private beaches from our house; Remanso beach, white sand and offers a great experience for surfers. You can take surf classes for beginners and rent surfboard.
Sacuanjoche Beach is just a few meters away, you can actually walk to the beach. It is a beautiful isolated beach were you can experience the privacy of nature and watch an spectacular sunset that you will never forget.
