Relaxing Place with Great location

This property has a outstanding location on a secure neighborhood, the back yard with a pool, out door shower, hammocks and direct access to the beach is perfect to hang out all day long. The staff members are very respectful and helpful. I absolutely recommend this property and I can't wait myself to comeback again with my family.

Excellent Beachfront Property! You will have the full SJDS experience!

My family and I had a fantastic time during our recent stay at a property in San Juan Del Sur. The house was located right on the beach, with a pool and direct access to the sand. The host was very prompt in her communication. The staff at the house were friendly and extremely attentive. The cook is exceptional and prepared delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The location was perfect as it was close enough to town to drive (or walk during low tide) to the restaurants and bars, but also provided a tranquil escape by the water. I highly recommend staying here if you want the full San Juan Del Sur experience.

Horrible Staff

The staff didnt want us to check-in when it was time to check-in and from there the staff was awful with bad attitudes. The next day we decided to go out and explore when we got back to the house some one from the staff(the young guy) had put feces in the skimmer of the pool and from that we decided to leave instantly. Of course the staff tried blaming it on the kids which are 15 and 4 all potty trained! We are sick to our stomachs.

Good stay with great views.

House is in a nice part of SJDS with easy access by most cars. House has a great layout with 4 large bedrooms each having their own bathroom, AC unit and a great outdoor patio and pool area with lots of chairs and outdoor furniture. Views from home has beautiful sunsets and the view of the Cristo. The negative issues of the home is that the kitchen is outdated, but useable. The living/dining room areas did not have an AC unit and living areas were always very hot. I had to request a floor fan to help cool us down. We couldn’t keep the patio doors open due to the large amount of mosquitoes and flies that would come into the house since the windows didn’t have any window screens which would have easily solved the bug problem. The number of flies and mosquitoes were pretty bad and very annoying while cooking and eating. The other drawback was that you could hear the music from the nearby bars/clubs into the night. Some nights the booms were so loud we didn’t get much sleep well into the wee hours of the night. The beach area right outside the home was littered with garbage and wood debris which was disappointing to see. The amount of money being charged for the home does not justify what you get in return.

La propiedad es muy bonita en comoda pasamos unos dias Como en casa todo tiene la casa para disfrutar y la seguridad es muy profecional y la atencion muy buena sr la recomiendo atodo las personas que quueran pasar una buenas vacaciones en la playa gracias por todo para la proxima vez att ronaldo rugama
