All Decked Out! Spacious double lot in the coveted south end of Plum Island. The house is tucked away on a quiet dead-end street. This beautiful home has a beachy vibe that features ocean/river/marsh views that make this house a perfect get-away location. You can hear the ocean waves crashing and the boats going by while you take in the most amazing sunsets from the roof deck. It is steps to three public beach entrances and the Parker River Refuge.

This builder's home has a full bath on the first floor, a bright and open sunroom, a living room with a fireplace, quiet office space off the dining room, and a large kitchen with a walk-in pantry. The second floor features a master bedroom with a full bath, two bedrooms, a full guest bath as well as a loft bedroom on the 3rd floor (with access to roof deck). There is plenty of parking, central air conditioning, and a kid's bunk/playhouse (complete with its own pink fridge, beds and lights-no heat or insulation(rustic)). Sleeps 10 in beds and there is also an aero-bed for use (stored in master closet).

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood on a dead end street. The large yard is private and has grassy and sandy areas. There are multiple decks on different levels that provide great spots for enjoying the water views, reading a book, relaxing and dining.

Plum Island has multiple convenience stores, restaurants, a liquor store, a bait shop, ice cream shops, and a surf shop all within walking distance of the home. Surfcasting (fishing from the beach shore), swimming, biking, and bird watching are favorite activities of those who visit the island. Surfing and Stand up Paddle boarding (SUP) are also popular activities.

Downtown Newburyport is less than 4 miles away (10 minutes driving) and has great bars/restaurants and many quaint shops.

Beautiful house, well stocked and excellent location. Less than 5 minutes walk to a very less crowded beach. Nice sandy backyard for playing volley ball. Walking distance to restaurants, groceries. All 11 of us had a good time!

A fantastic return visit

Our family spent Christmas here for the second year to spend as much time as possible during the holidays with our mom/Grandmother, who is in a memory care facility in Andover. We stayed in this fabulous house for Thanksgiving. It was wonderful. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy the holiday. Joy, the owner was easy to communicate with and was flexible and helpful in all aspects of our family stay. Lovely home with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. All furnishings were very nice and comfortable. This was for a Dec. date, so I'm sure other times of the year would b e delightful. We did feel that the check in at 4 p.m. and 10 -11 a.m. check out were too tight.

Beautiful and comfortable home

I stayed in this house for a weekend with 8 of my friends. All 8 of us very comfortably fit in the house. The beds and bedding were incredibly comfortable. Joy was really quick to answer any questions that we had. We had beautiful weather for the end of September, so we were able to take advantage of walking to the nearby beach. The home and the property are beautiful and well maintained. I would not hesitate to stay here!

Wonderful location and home

We loved staying at this home...especially the quiet location within easy walking distance of the beach. The home had a wonderful layout and was well-equipped. I especially enjoyed coffee every morning in the sunroom and the fireplace warmed us all up one cooler evening. The home was beautifully finished and well-equipped. The master suite is especially inviting; however with two adult couples, we wished we would have had a second king bed. Otherwise, we truly enjoyed our stay! Thank you Joy! :)

Sisters weekend

This home and location couldn’t have been more perfect for our 5 sisters weekend! We wanted a place that would have 5 individual beds (not beds to share) that were comfortable, a well equipped kitchen for us to eat in, and spacious areas (inside and outside) for us to relax and talk. This home exceeded our expectations! The sunroom, rooftop deck for sunset views, and easy walk to the beach were all icing on the cake! Excellent Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. A group of 8 women enjoyed a weekend get away and the accommodations were perfect. Very clean and updated home in a great location, just a few minutes walk to the beach! Great gathering spots inside the house and on the outside decks with nice views. The home is true to the pictures and it's description and a great place to stay, especially for a bigger group, with ample parking onsite. Communication with the owner was great. I would definitly stay at this property again!

We loved this house so much for our reunion of friends. We like to spend the weekend catching up and this house had a layout that was very conducive to that. We had the right number of bedrooms and the kitchen allowed us to happily cook and dine in. We loved walks on the beach and a short drive to town. We just might want this same location for next year!

Moms weekend away. There was 8 of us; to which there was more than enough room. The kitchen was well equipped which was very important to us.
