The house has a large great room, two bedrooms, a large bunk room, and two full bathrooms, providing ample room for everyone (and the instant water heater means you never run out of hot water). The house is fully equipped with everything you need, including crab pots, a Weber grill, and a fire pit for roasting marshmallows. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, the home is just a few minutes from the Fishing Bay Yacht Club, Norview Marina, several popular restaurants, a grocery store, and the Deltaville shops. By water, the home is located on Sturgeon Creek at the mouth of the Rappahannock River, allowing guests to enjoy kayaking in the creek, fishing from the dock, or a short boat ride to the Chesapeake Bay. It's the perfect location for boating, fishing, or just relaxing on the dock or the patio with a book. The house is equipped with WIFI for streaming all your favorite shows.

This was a very quiet and peaceful place to stay to get away for part of Spring Break. We enjoyed the river views and quiet neighborhood
Piebald deer on the way to the neighbor. What a rarity!

We were visiting Deltaville for a wedding. I'm sad i didnt get to spend too much time in the house but the little time I was there I loved it. The house was so cozy. The kids enjoyed the back yard and bunk bed room.
