This beautiful, ideally located two-room apartment is laid out as follows:<br> — a lovely bedroom with a king-size bed, a large built-in closet, and a work area;<br> — a living area with an open kitchen, a high table, a sitting area, and a sofa bed<br>- a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet,<br>- a terrace covered by a motorised pergola that provides shade from the sun as well as privacy from neighbors, and a small garden.<br><br>For your comfort: <br>- Beds made upon arrival (excluding the sofa and bunk beds)<br>- Bath linens (sheets and towels)<br>- Cleaning kit<br>- End-of-stay cleaning (however, we ask that you put back any furniture that may have been moved, empty the trash tins, and wash and put away the dishes.
