Great location. Easy walk to the museum campus and easy access to public transportation. Great communication with the hosts. Home was clean, quiet, and had very comfy beds :)
Great stay in a prime location for Chicagoโs excellent museums and outdoor activities. Many restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance and proximity to the L station makes getting around the city easy. Hosts were responsive to queries in a timely manner. Would stay again!
This location was fabulous! Easy access to the CTA, grocery store and fun restaurants. The host was super easy to communicate with and very kind. The beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this location and will utilize it again when in Chicago.
Everything was great! The property was clean and esthetically appealing. It had a wonderful city view. The location was perfect. We were able to walk and see so much. The parking garage was so convenient being attached to the building. The management was thorough with great communication. We would stay here again.
Wonderful accommodations that were close to main sites of Chicago and close to access points for the subways. Beautiful place with warmth and comfort. It was easy to access and the owners were available and checked in on us during our stay. It was a great experience! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for "home" while visiting the area.
This place was an amazing weekend getaway for my wife and I. We enjoyed the wonderful views and quiet corner of the 20th floor. Great restaurants nearby, a block away from the Roosevelt station makes for easy access to the rest of the city, or walk right up Michigan Ave.

I donโt typically write reviews but in this case I need to say that I wouldnโt recommend this property. Itโs one of the worst rentals Iโve experienced. While itโs spacious, itโs in poor condition, particularly the bathrooms. We couldnโt get the shower to stop running on two occasions (maintenance didnโt arrive for many hours though we reported it right away), the toilet didnโt flush properly, the sink and shower fixtures are very old, thereโs a moldy odor coming from one of the sinks and the caulking in the bathrooms is odd at best. The furnishings throughout are unfortunate as well, including the pullout bed with a torn, lumpy, dirty mattress. Also, the light in one of the bedrooms turned on and off randomly at night. Definitely not worth the over 700 inc fees per night.
We all had a great time staying at this location. The master bedroom was a very pleasant surprise. I could not tell that it was a master bedroom from the photos only. Both bedrooms do have doors to them. The living space was wonderful and the view was amazing! Would definitely stay here again my friends and I visit again. JW and Tonya were wonderful hosts! They were always checking in via messages to see how we were doing. They provided detailed instructions for checking in. The location was also very nice. Recommend buying an unlimited CTA pass while you are in Chicago so you can take advantage of all the public transport around here. Everything was within a short bus ride right up on Michigan Avenue. If you are arriving early and need a place to store luggage, would recommend using Bounce and booking it with the UPS store across the street to store your luggage until it is time to check in. Overall, we all had a great experience!
The stay was great and the owners communication was above and beyond my expectations. The property was very comfortable and also exceeded expectations. A++ stay.
Spent Christmas at this location and it worked well for the family. It was large enough to have two families stay and eat together. Close to shopping and park areas. The washing facility was clean and easy to operate. One thing to be aware is parking. Itโs expensive if you donโt pre-pay through Spot Hero or something like that. Be aware, in/out parking pre-paid options are not close by so be prepared to park and not move your vehicles. If there is a city event like a professional game, parking is tough and expensive. Would recommend the property manager, send links for checking in and property information separately for easy access. I would definitely stay at this location again. Iโm from Chicago so the location is a great place to experience the city.
