HOME FEATURES

This three-bedroom home is situated on the Silver Palms Estate and is tucked away on the Roosevelt Channel, giving you a peaceful and relaxing feel and is every fisherman's dream with a private dock, private heated pool and full resort access to Tween Waters Island Resort and Spa, only 0.5 miles away! This home can sleep up to nine guests and is dog friendly with owner approval (additional pet fee applied).

As you drive down the driveway and through the tropical foliage, you will be welcomed by the private pool to Royal Palm and the house's elegant and tall structure. As you enter up the stairs and through the great room, you'll immediately notice the exquisite views of the Roosevelt Channel and open floor plan. Enjoy the chef's kitchen, large living room and the large private balcony overlooking the dock and water. The living room features a sleeper sofa for two and a chair sofa for one (good for kids).



The Royal Palm house features two guest bedrooms on the main floor, both equipped with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. One of the guest bedrooms also has its own private entrance to the balcony, overlooking the dock.



As you walk up the stairs to the master suite, you'll notice a large workspace that is perfect for setting up a laptop and is great for someone who needs to get some work done during their stay. The master suite is equipped with a king bed and has its own private balcony that is partially covered and partially open for sunbathing. Indulge yourself in the breathtaking master bathroom with a non-jetted soaking tub, spacious walk-in shower and huge walk-in closet. It's a master suite you could only dream of!



The heated pool is located in the front of the house and has plenty of space for swimming, sunbathing and playing games.



Have a larger group? No worries! Coconut Palm House is on the estate and is also available to rent! Both homes can sleep up to 21 people, have 2 private pools and room for 2 boats at the private dock! You can't get any better than this!
