A very short stroll to World Renowned Captiva Beaches. This four-bedroom, four-bathroom pool home is located on the sought-after shell lined Laika Lane. This stunning home is professionally decorated with a beach chic design. Walk into the open living room and dining area with floor to ceiling windows that have beautiful tropical foliage views. The updated kitchen features a large breakfast bar, granite countertops, tumbled tile backsplash, custom cabinets and top of the line appliances. The open dining room has seating for six with an additional table off the living room with seating for four (additional dining or the perfect game table). The beautiful, decorated living room features soaring ceilings, a flat screen television, comfortable seating, and more floor to ceiling windows overlooking the deck.

The large loft overlooking the living room, features four twin beds, skylights and an attached bathroom. The high wall overlooking the living room gives you peace of mind yet still provides an open feel.

On the main level the master bedroom has a gorgeous king bed with rattan accents, a flat screen tv, relaxing pool views and an attached bathroom. The attached bath features a tile and glass shower and a vanity with granite countertops.

Also on the main level is another bedroom with queen bed, views of the pool and flat screen tv. The guest bathroom features a tiled shower.

The fourth bedroom suite is privately located in the Cabana House adjacent to the pool. This bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen tv, individual heating and cooling and an attached bathroom with large, tiled shower.

Relax by the pool or soak in the hot tub after a long day of doing absolutely nothing.

Located on Laika Lane and just 5 houses from the private beach access. You will feel miles away from the crowds yet central to shops, restaurants, marinas, and live music. Walking distance to everything Captiva village has to offer this is the perfect location for a memorable beach vacation.

Comfortable well-equipped house in great location

Amarelo Sol is a very comfortable, well-equipped house, very close to the beach and to the town center. A great spot.

Great Location in Captiva!!

This house is setup so well. Our kids enjoyed the pool! The kitchen is spacious, and equipped with great appliances. Everyone always had a seat whether for a meal or ending your day in front of the TV. The beds were comfortable, and bathrooms were setup nicely. We had two golf cart for the week and they fit nicely out front. The house is mid-way on the street, and was a breeze to get back and forth to the beach. We can’t wait to book this property again!

Beautiful home, lovely location

We were fortunate to snag this home at the very last minute when our travel plans changed. It was a short walk to the beach. The setup was perfect for 3 couples, and four children. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the backyard. It was a short walk to restaurants and other activities in town. We had some internet issues, which were resolved quickly by the property manager. We would definitely recommend this for anyone wishing to enjoy beautiful Captiva Island!
