All’s Good needs some Goodies!

The property is in a great location and we loved the pool. However, the kitchen wasn’t well stocked at all. The plates were chipped and there wasn’t a matching set of dishes. The silverware was ancient. The mixer only had one beater. No plastic storage containers or serving bowls.

First of all; the property pictured is not where I stayed. I got booted from this property!

Got booted from this property one month before my vacation was to start and after I had already paid in full. Got put in another place. Not sure if Hime Away was even aware of this; the Royal Shell rental agency switched our reservation; claimed the original property had been rented before we rented. Not sure I would use either rental agency again.

Great house!!!!

We stayed here July 2015 and loved it!!!!!!!! It was the cleanest rental I have ever stayed at. Smelled of fresh lemons, AC cranked up and smooth jazz music on low. The pool is HUGE and the covered patio area great to step out of the sun and had overhead lighting to play cards at night. The noise of the Bubble Room not a big deal, just announcing names at lunch time. Not a bad walk to the beach, we rode our bikes and parked them at Mucky Duck bike rack. I was able to cook in the kitchen very well equipped. We used the grill often and had decent bbque tools. 2016 had some changes in owernship so we rented elsewhere (AWFUL) so we already have our 2017 for All's Good. Great home with a private pool that is smaller for a family of four. You will love it!!!

Fantastic Family Vacation Stay

The property was great for our family of four and aunt and uncle. The property was clean and in a great location, we could walk to everything! Both Kids and adults loved the heated pool. We had one instance where the pool pump stopped working but Royal Shell came out and fixed it immediately. Everyone had a wonderful time and we will definitely rent again.

Great vacation rental

Was a great home for our Florida vacation! It was close to the beach and intercostal. We spent most of our day enjoying the incredible pool and patio area (due to the red tide). The house was amazing and was supplied with everything you would ever need. The bedrooms were large and the beds were very comfortable!! We really enjoyed our stay!

We, as a family of six, had a great week in this lovely house. The outdoor deck and pool is superb!

The house is very well located (half a block from the main commercial road in tiny Captiva, and close to three blocks from a public beach access. The house is spacious and clean. Everything but the pool and deck is on the first floor. This was a bit challenging for us who were with a new born baby, but to be honest, we quickly adapted and got well used to it. The deck and the pool are fantastic. We practically spent our entire days enjoying that place. Nice and well equipped gas grill. Some recommendations: to replace the oven which may pose a challenge in turning it off (the cancel/off bottom is not working well). And finally, as said in previous reviews, to add a light just above the outdoor dining table. As a summary, we loved our stay and “All was Good” indeed!!! 😀

This property has such a welcoming feel when you open the door and walk into theGreat Room! The pool area is absolutely perfect! Please add some reading lights and a few lamps need light bulbs.Also needed is a collection of family games. The decor is lovely! Thank you for sharing your home.

Perfect getaway!

We had a great time at All's Good! It's a fantastic location to walk to all of the restaurants and it's close to the beach. The pool is AMAZING and we spent most of our time there and at the pool bar downstairs (the ocean was churning due to storms, so we only went 1 day). Keep in mind, there is no bathroom downstairs at the pool, so you'll have to walk upstairs (those stairs get hot - bring shoes down with you) through the entire house on the wood floors to get to the bathroom - it can be slippery! The house had everything we needed, although the pans in the kitchen were pretty worn and everything was mismatched, but that wasn't a big deal. I contacted the rental company about beach gear and was told they had nothing, so we packed what we needed. Turned out there were chairs and floats, a cooler, and some other beach gear already at the house. If you need beach towels, you can rent them from Royal Shell for a few dollars ($3 each for the week I believe). Overall, we had a great stay and will likely come back in the future!

Very pleased

Well-maintained and comfortable property on a quiet side street within easy walking distance of all "the action." We loved the pool and the pool bar area. Choose to be in the sun or the shade. Lovely landscaping. Beware this is "second-story" living, so you will need to climb the outdoor stairs a few times a day, which was not a problem for us.
