Welcome to Paris!
I am pleased to welcome you to my beautiful 38m2 apartment located in the 7th district, on the 1st floor with elevator.
Charming and bright, it will be up to seduce you during your stay. Ideally located, it is 15 minutes by car from the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre Museum, the largest museum in Paris.

The apartment is nicely decorated and ideally designed for 2 people. It has 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 shower room and 1 spacious living room with a TV to relax after a busy day.
You will have everything at your disposal to spend an excellent stay: Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Television, Washing machine, Refrigerator.

You will be very well served by public transport to stroll around the city and its surroundings. For lovers of historical monuments, the apartment is ideally located near the cathedral of Notre Dame de Paris (12 minutes by car), the Arc de Triomphe (17 minutes by car) and the famous Parisian monument, the Hotel des Invalides (10 minutes by car). How about trying the unique experience of flying over Paris in a hot air balloon, at an altitude of 150 m and discovering the capital as you've never seen it before, at 20 minutes by car. For your shopping, you will be close to the Bon Marché, only 7 minutes away on foot and the LidL which is 9 minutes away by car. The area is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be happy to share my favorites with you! A professional cleaning is done before and after each trip.

The 7th neighbourhood is a quiet place, perfect for families. There is the Eiffel Tower, one of the most famous buildings in the world, as well as administrative buildings, and government departments such as the Assemblée Nationale, Ministeries, Foreign embassies… Then, it is where the wealthiest inhabitants live. The Faubourg Saint Germain has been created in the 18th century, and still has a remarkable architecture. In addition, you will be able to reach easily the Latin district, but also the Louvre Museum, Champs Elysées and Alexander the Third bridge.
