This comfortable studio is located on the 4th and top floor of a modern seafront residence with elevator – Château Leenhardt – offering direct beach access through the garden. Right in the heart of the village, in a quiet and sought-after area, everything is within walking distance: shops, markets (town center and Boucanet), restaurants, tapas bars, cinema…
Unobstructed sea view, overlooking the Bay of Aigues-Mortes and La Grande-Motte, from the northwest-facing terrace – perfect for enjoying stunning sunsets.

LOCATION AU TOP
Emplacement très bien positionné face à la mer, proche du centre, proche des commerces. Idéal pour ne plus prendre la voiture pendant le séjour et découvrir le Grau du Roi et ses environs soit à pieds, soit à vélo. Magnifiques balades, super couchers de soleil, se dépayser au milieu de sites naturels.

Très belle adresse pour un séjour au coeur de la Camargue.
Nous avons été bien accueillis pour un séjour de 4 nuits hors saison. Localisation idéale pour visiter La Grande Motte, Aigues Mortes, Port Camargue ... La terrasse sur le soleil couchant est bien agréable.
