Quinta Kassandra is a rustic lakefront house located at the most beautiful lake in El Salvador, Lago de Coatepeque. Come, relax and enjoy nature at its best. Enjoy boating, hiking, fishing and much more. This country house sleeps 11 people, and it includes a master bedroom with double and twin bed and private bathroom, 2 extra bedrooms each with bunk bed and a double bed, a shared bathroom, a kitchen equipped with standard appliances and dishes, living room with cable TV, and a large balcony overlooking the lake. This house was just renovated with new 50" smart TV, Wi-Fi, hot water, ceiling fans, air conditioning, security cameras and new lighting throughout the surroundings. The property also includes a swimming pool with dressing/bath room, a barbecue pit area and a private dock on the lake, enjoy fishing or just sit back to enjoy the spectacular views.

Beautiful location!! the host was very good at communicating. She sent us detailed directions to the house. we wish we had more time to stay, but had a great time there hanging out on the dock and in the lake. it was very close to the wedding we went for. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone

Lake House with beautiful view

The Lake House was just as described. Conveniently located next to The Faro Ferry and Restaurant, easy to walk to. Blanca was very available and helped immediately with any needs. The groundskeeper was very helpful as well. Would definitely come back here again.

Property is very clean and spacious.. Home was very comfortable and well equipped. Clean pool . Lake front property with a beautiful private dock. When booking property it does not tell you the exact lake area where property is located. Or how close it really is from the restaurants ( few steps away) It shows you another area in the lake map. Once you have officially booked, you receive the actual location. I thought it would be in a quiet area. It’s a very busy area. Home is between a restaurant, another property and a hostel. We had a hard time sleeping at night due to loud music and karaoke coming from next door of property. If you like more of the busier scenery and late nights , this is a great place to stay at. The home itself is really beautiful. The home caretaker was very helpful and friendly.

This property was incredible! Pictures do not do it justice. The pool was clean and well kept. Private dock was perfect! The inside of the house was simple but worked perfectly for our family and was as described. The host was very responsive and helpful. Onsite staff was attentive and the neighborhood was very welcoming! Restaurants and small shops in walking distance. We were extremely happy and would highly recommend.

Beautiful home to enjoy the amazing lake view

We had a great time at the house it has access to the lake with a lake deck for enjoying a picnic then dive into the crystal clear water below. The house was clean and had just about everything you would need, I do wish it would have a blender to make drinks but that's a minor thing the weather was fantastic warm in the day and cool in the evening. Many thanks to the caretaker for making a delicious meal of flor de izote and helping us find things around the community like where to buy charcoal, pupusas, cold drinks and ice!!
