The host was extremely welcoming, helpful during the entire stay with any issues that came up, and the amenities and apartment was in great condition. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay for an extended period to look into this rental if you want a great experience all around. The apartment and community felt very safe and the office managers were also helpful only making the experience better.

Price ripoff

on VRBO this was rated between $137 and $157 a night. I was there for 42 nights and paid $8700 whereas it should have been more like $5000 what in the world was the extra cost? I feel totally ripped off

Portsmouth retreat

Overall the apartment as advertised and excellent location for downtown Portsmouth and the area beaches. Neighborhood has lots of kids. Owners were initially responsive but no response when we left early.

A month in Po-Town

The property was just as advertised... neat as a pin, nicely decorated, and conveniently located. Check-in was a snap. We would definitely recommend this property
