Comfortable, clean, spacious home

The home was so cozy and the couches suuuuper comfortable. Easy walk into downtown. The host was super responsive and helpful when needed.

lovely and quaint

We had a really nice stay at this home. The property was clean and abundant with personal touches that we noticed and appreciated. Greatly appreciated being able my dog, major win. Parking was ample - also major win. Host left fruit and some bagels for us. There were soaps, shampoos, nice and comfortable bedding. Was just nicely thought out. Much appreciated

Family Visit

Great location for us to go into town (about a mile to walk) and drive to the beaches. A good place to lay our heads and hang out in the living room together at the end of the day. A few quirky things such as the washer/dryer accessed with a separate code on the outside of the building with no basket and a warning not to take too hot of a shower as it may set off the fire alarm. All in all this worked well for our family of four.

Location, location, location!

A great location in one of Portsmouth’s quaint neighborhoods. An easy walk to historic downtown with a wonderful variety of restaurants and shops. Harbor and ocean cruises are available right from the docks in town and Prescott Park’s summer concerts and plays are equally close. The owner was very accommodating and helpful! Bought us a new 50” TV and brought us fresh organic farm stand produce several times during our stayAll in all a lovely place to spend some summer days!

Perfect stay!

Traveled to portsmouth for a wedding with a group that was a mix of couples and some friends. We had a great stay! The location was perfect. Awesome communication from and with the host. Couldn’t ask for anything more!
