Shops at 200m, quiet area for this small residence with digicode.Apartment on the 4th and last floor with elevator.Three separate bedrooms, one with 2 single beds each, one with 1 single bed plus a drawer bed, one with large double bed and private sink.Living room with sofa bed 2 beds, flat-screen TV, dvd.Kitchen with dishwasher, classic oven and microwave, large refrigerator with freezer, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, kettle, raclette machine, hood, ceramic glass hob.Bathroom with Italian shower and separate toilet. Balcony exposed West.Our services include:In summer: the end-of-stay household only.
