Shopping made directly located in Schwangau, 1.5 km, is also a restaurant and a cafe are located 150 meters away on the lake and on Sundays. Holiday you can shop in the village of fresh bread.

Bei Ankunft ist gerade ein neuer Eigentümer eingezogen. Dadurch war das Treppenhaus sehr verschmutzt. Durch normale Umzugsarbeiten wie Bohren, Hämmern und Möbeltransport waren die ersten beiden Tage etwas unangenehm. Danach war alles okay.Herr Kiel hat sich sofort um alle Probleme gekümmert, und uns mit einem Essensgutschein und einem Preisnachlass entschädigt.Die Gegend ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Tolle, sehr saubere Wohnung! Liegt direkt am Forggensee! Traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge anschauen und dazu kurz ins Wasser hüpfen…klasse! Die Wohnung war sehr großzügig und mit allem was das Herz begehrt ausgestattet! Es hat uns an gar nichts gefehlt! Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und zugleich sehr zentral für Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und sehr guten Restaurants gelegen. Alle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten liegen im Umkreis von 15km! Super! Der Bus fährt weniger Meter von der Wohnung entfernt, ab.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war top! Die Antwortzeit sehr gering. Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt! Wir werden wieder kommen!

Bei unserer Ankunft in der Ferienwohnung Forggensee in Schwangau waren wir zunächst ziemlich schockiert da aus einer Nachbarwohnung Baulärm zu hören war. Wir haben sofort Herrn Kiel von der Agentur allgaeu.reisen kontaktiert, und was dann folgte, war absolut vorbildlich: Innerhalb einer Stunde hat er sowohl den Eigentümer als auch die Bauherren erreicht und war persönlich bei uns in der Ferienwohnung zur Klärung vor Ort.Wir bekamen einen 100-Euro-Essensgutschein, 10 % Nachlass auf den Mietpreis, und sogar eine alternative Ferienwohnung wurde uns angeboten. Die Rückzahlung per Sofortüberweisung wurde direkt während des Urlaubs abgewickelt, schneller geht’s nicht. Am Ende konnten wir aber dank einer fairen Absprache (Baubeginn erst ab 9 Uhr, laute Arbeiten wurden auf die Zeit nach unserer Abreise verschoben) in der sehr schönen Wohnung bleiben.Der Einsatz war beeindruckend, die Kommunikation transparent und menschlich. Genau so wünscht man sich das. Absolute Empfehlung!Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Als wir ankamen, war noch nicht gereinigt, obwohl nach 15 Uhr. Nach einem kurzen Telefonat wurde die Reinigung jedoch umgehend vorgenommen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Auch Spiele für alle Altersgruppen sind vorhanden. Die Beleuchtung im Badezimmer ließ leider zu wünschen übrig, da von 10 Glühbirnen, die über den zwei Waschbecken angebracht waren, lediglich 2 Licht spendeten, wovon eine dann auch noch den Geist aufgab. Da dies die einzge Lichtquelle im Bad war, mussten wir uns mit Tür offen und dem Flurlicht behelfen. Unser Hinweis an die Vermietung zum fehlenden Licht im Bad wurde leider nicht ernst genommen. Wir hoffen, dass es die Nachnutzer heller haben. Ansonsten war die Unterkunft super.

Urlaub in Schwangau

Der Start verlief ein wenig harzig! Die FeWo war zur vereinbarten Zeit nicht bereit und wir mussten warten bis die Reinigung gemacht wurde! Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen, denn sie ist perfekt ausgerüstet und es fehlte an nichts! Der Standort des Hauses liegt sehr gut und man kommt schnell an verschiedene Ausflugsziele. Alles in allem hat uns der Urlaub gefallen und für das Wetter kann der Vermieter nichts dafür ;-) Grüsse aus der Schweiz!

Tolle Unterkunft in Toplage!

Das Appartment ist super gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und bietet ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Die Lage war für unsere Ausflüge perfekt: Königsschlösser, Tegelbergbahn, 4-Schanzen-Tournee in Oberstdorf, Besuch Füssen Altstadt....alles bequem erreichbar. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und würden/werden jederzeit wieder hier buchen!

Kurzurlaub am Forggensee

Trotz des relativ schlechten Wetters war der Aufenthalt wunderbar. Die Wohnung ist herrlich gelegen und mit allem ausgestattet, was das Urlauberherz begehrt. Neben reichlich Geschirr und Besteck waren auch Gewürze vor Ort. Die Wohnung war zudem extrem gepflegt. Es gab nichts auszusetzen, ein Urlaub dort kann uneingeschränkt empfohlen werden.
