Your charming and spacious 20 m² Creole-style Nikita-Manganao studio offers a breathtaking ocean view from the moment you wake up. The balcony is furnished with a table and 2 chairs. Ideal for 2 people, you'll also find a functional kitchenette, free Wi-Fi, individual air-conditioning, a Queen-size bed and a bathroom with a spacious shower. Access to the studio by stairs, 2nd floor.
Denis will prepare your studio with care and welcome you as soon as you arrive at the residence, so you can settle in with peace of mind.
Bonus: To get you into the "Creole" mood, we'll give you a free welcome basket!

Please note: We must also inform you that there are occasional water cuts in the Saint-François and Saint-Anne area. This is part of life in Guadeloupe and we cannot be held responsible. Appartement tres bien placé
L’accueil par Fanny a été très agréable. L'appartement est conforme aux photos et est très bien situé. Face à la mer et proche de la piscine et de la plage, il est fonctionnel et propre. Notre séjour a été très agréable. Le panier d’accueil et la sympathie de Fanny ont donné le ton à nos 4 jours passés dans ce bel endroit.
Je recommande vivement. Un des rares appartements du Manganao si bien placés...
