We can sleep up to 14 with 5 comfy interior bedrooms along a cool airstream trailer as the 6th bedroom space.

This house provides the quintessential Austin experience with 5 bedrooms (1 ground floor and 4 upstairs), and a hip air stream trailer in the side yard that sleeps up to 4 people. The house is decorated with art from local artists, comfy modern furniture, and thoughtful decor. Multi level decks adorn the outdoor space in the front and back yard with lounging chairs and a charcoal grill. The yard is covered in trees for nice shade and twinkly stringed lights.

This house, the airstream, and the entire property with 3 decks and the front and back yard are all yours for your stay. The house is 100% private and exclusive for our guests.

This is a quiet family neighborhood, therefore we do not allow bachelor parties or groups hoping to host parties. Quiet hours are in force between 10pm and 6am and we ask that all socializing be moved inside to not disturb sleeping neighbors.

This neighborhood is super walkable. Just a few blocks away is Taco Flats, great for margaritas and tacos along with a local grocery store Fresh Plus and coffee at Cafe Medici. Across the street is Jeffrey's, super fine dining, and an adorable Italian restaurant too.

For parking, there are two spots in the driveway plus two spots of street parking in front of the house. All street parking is free and easy, so there is always enough parking.

This neighborhood, Clarsksville, is a historic neighborhood just blocks from downtown. It is one of the closest neighborhoods to the central corridor so it's perfect for exploring Austin. The home values here are in the $2M to $6M range because of the neighborhood beauty mixed with the proximity to downtown, so it's a lovely treat as an airbnb spot. It's easy to walk anywhere from here and really enjoy the eclectic homes. Parks, margaritas, smoothies, coffee, whatever you need to enjoy the best parts of Austin, are just blocks away!

Awesome stay

Loved the house and the location for the 7 of us. The outdoor spaces were wonderful and the camper was a fun bonus for the kids.

Great Stay!

Our family came to Austin for our niece's wedding. There was 13 of us at the house from all over the country. It was the perfect location and the house was very nice, comfortable and we didn't feel cramped with the number of people we had. The airstream is a bonus and thankfully the a/c kept it nice and cool for those sleeping in it.

I run a local event venue and art gallery as well as manage several vacation rental rentals. I love Austin and have lived here since 1994. I'm married to my sweetheart, Colin, who happens to be an amazing craftsman who is willing and able to build cool things for our houses and keep everything in tip top shape. We have four children, ages 20, 17, 13 and 3, so needless to say, we stay pretty busy!
