The grounds on the Buddy Rich Estate evoke the feeling of being at a private club. With expansive lawns, a private tennis court, ancient palms, fire pits and thatched palapas, there is space to gather with friends and family or simply read a book in the shade. The oversized firepit is a favorite spot for cocktails.

Amazing property!

We had a great time at the property. The outdoor amenities and location could not be beat. Really thoughtful and consider owner/manager. The interior could use some updating, but it has the 1960s design and charm, and was very clean.

As beautiful in person as in the photos

This property is spectacular. Our work group particularly enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and outdoor living space. This is a wonderful property for couples/families to have their own space, but also common areas to gather.

Beautiful

We had a wonderful time! The house was beautiful and comfortable and clean and wonderfully appointed. A great place for family and friends. Lots of separate places to sleep. Separation when you want and great communal places to be as well. A beautiful property with tons to do outside and we basically didn’t leave the house but never really needed to. Tons of board games was a plus! Great area to watch movies in. Very comfortable beds!!!! Loves and will definitely be back. Thank you!
