Start making memories at Bayside! Enjoy our 4 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath Townhome in ithis prestigious coastal community!

This home is centrally located within the development - steps away from the Commons pool and a short bike ride to Sunridge Tennis & Recreation Center. The home sits high with a pleasant view of the surrounding homes, has plenty of light, high ceilings, large eat-in kitchen, two porches, oversized garage for bikes and beach equipment, and comfortable sleeping accommodations for 8.

The ground floor features a private Queen bedroom and full bath. Entry from the front door or garage.

On the 2nd level, your family can gather around the TV, the kitchen table or outside on the 2nd story porch. The kitchen is well appointed; plenty of places to sit, eat and relax. Access to half bath.

The top floor features a large King Master Suite with walk-in closet, large bathroom: tiled shower, jet tub, double vanity and private commode. The other two bedrooms face the front of the house, one with a Full Bed and the other with a set of Twin Beds. Access to full hall bath and laundry.

Extras: High Speed Internet, 5 TVs, Keurig, Gas Grill, Adult Bikes, Beach Chairs, Ping Pong Table, Electric Car Charger.

Bayside is a golf resort community located 6 miles from the Fenwick Island beaches. This premier community offers several amenities to include the Freeman Stage, several pools with snack bars, kids splash pad, fitness center, beach trolley, restaurant, coffee bar, walking trails, kayaks, SUP, pond fishing and much much more! 20 minutes to OCMD and Bethany!

Note: Bayside charges an optional per person fee for guests ages 5 and older for the use of the community's amenities, including the pools, tennis and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year; Summer 2026 rates are $115/week per person.

Relaxing getaway

Our two families really enjoyed our stay at Erin's home. It was an extremely clean and well-stocked home, and Erin was very communicative. The community was wonderful, and it had all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation (outdoor and indoor pools, playground, entertainment pavilion with shows). It was close to the beach and boardwalk and lots of restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Vacation!

This property is amazing! Well stocked, spotless, tastefully decorated and the host is a great communicator. We were able to check in early (awesome, in by 12:15) and were just a very short walk from the Commons pool. This host provides beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, bikes, baby buggy, ping pong table, gas grill and even a clothesline! We look forward to returning next year!

Everything you need for a perfect getaway

The townhome was immaculately clean and comfortable. Very nice neighborhood, conveniently located about a 10 min drive from the beach. Well appointed kitchen and super comfortable beds. Beautifully decorated, well-equipped, and super clean townhome. Many resort amenities available with paid guest passes. Lots of paved sidewalk and paths for walks. 10 min drive to the beach. Grocery store, gas station, and CVS super close by. Very responsive owner for questions and concerns.

Great Host - Great Place

It is such a pleasure to have a property live up to its description. The place was extremely clean, extremely well decorated (but not pretentious), and exceptionally well equipped. My 2 adult children, their husbands and our 2+ year old grandson had a great stay. The bayside resort is beautifully maintained and the amenities are very nice as well. The location of the townhome in the resort was towards the far end which we didn't mind because there was less traffic and it was extremely serene. Working with the homeowners was a pleasure. The communication was outstanding from beginning to end. I would definitely stay here again, and I would highly recommend this property to family and friends.

Delightful stay! So peaceful, quiet, visually relaxing.

We had a wonderful stay at Erin's townhome the week prior to Memorial Day with our two small children. The home is clean, simply and tastefully decorated, minimalist in the best of ways (no clutter, clean lines). We stayed 6 nights and were very comfortable and happy. The kitchen is very well-appointed (they even have a special cabinet for children's cups, plates, bowls, etc.). I loved the Nest heating and cooling system, which was very easy to use and responsive (e.g. we needed AC in on the third floor and heat on the first floor for sleeping and were able to set that very easily thanks to the system). We also really appreciated the new TVs in the family room (huge) and Master, as we did get a few cloudy/rainy days. We loved the second floor balcony, which overlooked the peaceful sidewalk and road, where we people watched and enjoyed the constant delightful breezes. Our 3-year-old and 1-year-old played there a lot as well, as it allowed us to be outside, at home. Nice comfortable furniture on balcony and covered so that you're shady while hanging out there. The balcony was really a huge plus, as we were able to escape to the outside while hanging out at home. The garage is stocked with everything you need for a beach venture (comfortable beach chairs, sand toys, wagon to haul your stuff), as well as useful items for hanging out at the Bayside resort (bicycles; soccer, football, volleyballs; ping-pong table also in garage itself.). The furniture was comfortable, as was our king size bed in Master. The bathrooms were very nice, especially the Master bathroom's jet tub (although we did have an issue pushing the drain mechanism down and getting it to stay down without some water passing through in both upstairs tubs and especially in the Master bath tub - need to take a look at that for future renters). What else...we loved Bayside. It is so beautifully manicured and everything is new, houses are good looking, and once the Memorial Day weekend crowd arrived, it was a delight to hear children and folks outside walking around, playing ball and bicycling. We spent 2 days at the Community Pool, which was very nice. We walked there easily (10 min walk) with stroller and it is next to a playground, which we also enjoyed. The pool is nicely heated and splash pads are great for the kids. Is that enough specifics? Oh, and we made it to Bethany beach for a few days as well (about a 0 minute drive, easy. A wonderful time, highly recommend this abode!

Perfect Stay

Erin was a great host. Followed up several times, and provided early check-in and check-out in advance. The townhouse was very clean and had everything we needed to have a great holiday weekend with our family. They had bikes, beach chairs and sand toys. The bikes were great since we didn't have to tow ours down and the teenagers could enjoy Bayside by bike. We had 5 kids with us 7-16, and everyone was very comfortable there.

A First-Rate Vacation Base

This is a tastefully and comfortably furnished, generously equipped home, maintained in beautiful condition by a host family that is quickly and helpfully responsive to queries. We have been enjoying Bayside and its many family-friendly activities with our grandchildren for a number of years, in quarters that were not available this year. We thought we knew Bayside and the surrounding area, but the very detailed welcoming documents prepared by our host led us to places – including a farm stand devoted to homemade pies – that we had not been aware of. A kitchen equipped with just about everything a cook could desire added to the pleasure of our visit. Our only surprise was that sheets and towels had to be rented or brought with us, a fact that we feel VRBO should have included in the listing. On balance, though, it's hard to imagine a more enjoyable base camp for a vacation, and we hope to return.

Fantastic Getaway in Great Townhome in Great Location

From the start of the booking process Erin was extremely attentive and accommodative. She provided all the details when requested and went over the top to answer our questions. The communication was seamless and the booking was so easy. The townhome in the Bayside community was perfect for our crew. Every convenience was there for us to use including beach chairs, boogie boards, BIKES!, gas grill, and umbrellas. The kitchen was full of everything you need and more if you wish to dine in a few nights. Overall the place was immaculate and comfortable. The townhome is steps from the Commons pool and a short bike ride to the Sunridge pool. The neighborhood was quiet and everyone we came across was so nice. The pool reservation system was so easy to use and we never got shut out. The pools never seemed overcrowded and the kids had a blast. All the great restaurants were between 5 and 10 minutes away by car. Overall, this townhome exceeded our expectations and Erin was so helpful and happy to have us rent her wonderful home!!!

We love The Commons area of Bayside as it is a little bit quieter, but also steps to the pool and centrally located for easy walking and biking to other parts of the community. Our 3-story townhouse offers a surprising amount of comfortable living space for our family of 4 to invite grandparents or another family. We also love the large garage to store several bikes and beach equipment.

We love Bayside - there is something for everyone! Voted Best Coastal Community, there are countless things to enjoy. Check out live entertainment at The Freeman Stage and proximity to Bayside Market, a shopping area with Harris Teeter, Liquor store, and Ice Cream.
